DWI HIT PARADE: Fairfax Police nabbed Jennie Cowan for DWI before she killed and maimed

FAIRFAX STATION, VA. – Some folks insist on driving after laying on the sauce. Fairfax County Parkway/Popes Head Road, on April 6, 2018, around 8:50 p.m.

Police say that an officer attempted to stop a car that was drifting in and out of its lane of travel. The driver did not stop, and a pursuit was called. The officer was able to stop the car and the driver was arrested. Jennie Cowan, 56, of Clifton, was charged with DUI, disregarding police signal to stop, and failing to obey lane markings.
