MURDER USA Two found dead by a maintenance worker in Towson Apartment Building

TOWSON, MD. – The identity of two men found beaten to death on April 9, 2018, in a Towson apartment has still not been released by Baltimore County Police due to the difficulty in notifying the next of kin.

Police report that just before 9:30 a.m. on April 9, 2018, Baltimore County Police responded to the unit-block of Lambourne Road, Towson, Md., for a double homicide.

A maintenance worker called police when he attempted to perform routine work inside a 5th-floor apartment and found the two victims inside. Both men suffered from multiple trauma and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Homicide detectives identified the victims, but police cannot release their names until notification of next of kin.

Investigators believe that the victims were targeted and there is not a threat to the general public. Detectives are actively investigating the murders and will release more information as if becomes available.

The first report of the murders came when police said that officers were called to the unit block of Lambourne Rd. Two people were found deceased inside an apartment. Police are still on the scene investigating.

A maintenance worker went inside a 5th-floor apartment and found two deceased males inside. The worker called 911 just after 9:15 a.m. Both victims were suffering from multiple trauma to their bodies and were pronounced dead at the scene. The apartment complex is a secured access building. Police are investigating this case as a double homicide.

MURDER USA: Ex-con drug dealer Rashard Gabriel Williams charged with attempted murder in parking lot shooting

REISTERSTOWN, MD. – Police report that a Baltimore County drug dealer keeps bumping into cops and jail cell doors as he pursues his career in crime. This newest escape of mayhem for a man given the name of an angel at birth is pursuing the path of the devil in life.

Baltimore County Police report that they have arrested a suspect in the shooting of a 21-year-old man on the parking lot of the Foundry Row shopping center Tuesday afternoon, April 3, 2018.

Police report that Rashard Gabriel Williams, 25, of 607 Beverly Road in Reisterstown, Md., is charged on April 4, 2018, with Attempted 1st-degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault, Armed Robbery, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit determined that Williams met the victim in the parking lot where they had a confrontation. Williams shot the victim at least once in the upper body and stole personal items, then fled the scene. The victim also left the scene, responding to Northwest Hospital for treatment, where he was later located by officers. He is expected to survive his injuries.

Williams is held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on denied bail status.

The shooting victim is an adult male who suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body. The man is receiving treatment at a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries. He is listed in good condition.

Just after 4:00 p.m. on April 3, 2018, Baltimore County Police received a call for a shooting in a parking lot in the 10000-block of Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, Md.

Warrant issued four days before shooting charging Williams with Home Invasion Assault

Williams had a busy week with the Baltimore County Police as a warrant was issued charging him with multiple counts of home invasion, first and second-degree assault and theft by Baltimore County Officer Sean Pl Bissett.

Williams entered a guilty plea in a plea deal with Baltimore County States Attorney Scott Shellenberger on August 7, 2014, after being indicted by a Grand Jury to a charge of possession with the intent to distribute narcotics. THE DEAL: Williams as given a sentence of six months in jail. Towson attorney James D. Psoras represented Williams in the deal.

Breaking and entering is also on William’s resume as he was indicted by the Baltimore County Grand Jury on Aug. 1, 2011, with multiple counts of burglary and theft. With a taxpayer-provided free attorney, Donna M. Coleman, of the public defender’s office in Towson representing him, all of the charges were put on the Stet Docket on Nov. 22, 2011, by Shellenberger.

Rolling into Baltimore County Circuit Court on April 18, 2011, Williams earned another advanced degree in his criminal career when he was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement to a charge of drug possession while distribution charges were dropped.  No time, no fine and one year of supervised probation was THE DEAL.  Attorneys David B. MURDER USA: Two charged with the murder of Christopher Trotter

DUNDALK, MD. – Detectives of the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit have arrested and charged Shawn Franklin Radomski Jr., 17, and his uncle, William Frederick Rose III, 45, both 7934 Lansdale Rd, Baltimore, Md., in connection with the stabbing death of Christopher Trotter on March 6, 2018.

Detectives learned that Radomski and Rose engaged in a verbal argument with the victim at a grocery store near the Flagship Movie Theater in the 7900 block of Eastern Avenue.

The victim left with his groceries but was followed by Radomski and Rose into the movie theater where they continued the argument.

Security at the theater removed Radomski and Rose, but when the victim left to walk home with his groceries, Radomski and Rose, along with a group of friends, followed him as he crossed the theater parking lot, assaulting and stabbing him multiple times before fleeing.

The victim, Christopher Dale Trotter, 33, of the 7900 block of Eastdale Road, Baltimore, Md., was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

Both Radomski and Rose are charged by Grand Jury Indictments issued on March 12, 2018, with 1st Degree Murder, Radomski being charged as an adult, and both continue to be held on no bail status at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The attorney for Rose is Marshall Henslee, of Towson, Md.

• When Rose was arrested for dealing drugs in 2014, Radomski posted the $250 bail for his release and the charges were later dropped by the Baltimore City States Attorney.
• Rose pleaded guilty to distribution of narcotics on Sept. 15, 2014, and was given a verdict of Probation After Conviction with a sentence of three months in jail and two months and 29 days suspended. Michael Demartin was the attorney for Rose in the deal with Baltimore City States Attorney Marilyn Mosby.
• Rose pleaded guilty to possession with the intent sell drugs, violating probation and possession of paraphernalia on March 9, 2011, in Baltimore City Circuit Court resulting in a sentence of 2 years in jail with 1 year, 11 months and 29 days suspended in yet another spellbinding case of truth in sentencing.

Trotter was arrested and charged with drugs and theft violations with a trial date of May 2, 2018, which will now be canceled.

Trotter was charged with multiple counts of assault and deadly weapon charges which were dropped on Jan. 27, 2016 in Baltimore County District Court.
