(Easton, Maryland) The Maryland State Police Easton Barrack conducted the following criminal investigations and served the following arrest warrants between May 1, 2018, and May 15, 2018.
May 1, 2018, Michael A Rivera, 25 of Delaware, was arrested regarding an active bench warrant for failure to appear. He was extradited to Maryland and taken before a Caroline County court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 2, 2018, Sidney Paul Grupper, 27 of Salisbury, was arrested regarding an active arrest warrant for second-degree assault after a traffic stop in Vienna, Md. Grupper was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 3, 2018, Troopers responded to the 6900 block of Reliance Road, regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival and with the assistance of the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, Jorge Sanchez-Eguizabel, 51 of Federalsburg, was arrested for first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 3, 2018, Kevin Bordley, 54 of Greensboro, was arrested at the 200 Block of East Sunset Ave., Greensboro, Md. regarding an arrest warrant for violation of a protective order. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 4, 2018, Carlos Alberto Garcia Arias, 35 of Hyattsville, was arrested for false identification to a police officer after a traffic stop in Easton, Md. Garcia was transported to the Maryland State Police where his true identity was identified after being fingerprinted. He was taken before a court commissioner and held pending a court date.
May 4, 2018, Deandre Acree, 28 of Denton, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for harassment-course of action after a traffic stop in Denton, Md. He was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 4, 2018, Ryshawn Scott, 22 of Delaware, was arrested on three active arrest warrants for driving without a license, driving while license suspended and driving without a license after a traffic stop Rhodesdale, Md. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 5, 2018, Joseph Lee Crew, 32 of Preston, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for eight counts of theft and credit card theft scheme plus an additional bench warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was taken before a Talbot-court commissioner and held without bond.
May 5, 2018, Brittney Wilson, 29 of Hurlock, was served a criminal summons at the 6600 block of Cabin Creek, regarding charges for possession of a controlled dangerous substance fentanyl. She was released on her signature pending a court date.
May 6, 2018, Troopers attempted to stop a motorcycle in Trappe, but the driver fled from police. The driver, Marco Antonio Camacho, 19 of Trappe, was located at the 4000 block of Diamond Street, Trappe, Md. He was arrested for fleeing and eluding. Camacho was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 6, 2018, Michael S Giddings, 26 of Easton, was served a criminal summons for driving on a suspended license at the 29000 block of Golton Drive, Easton, Md. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
May 7, 2018, Keyon Brandon Paskins, 26 of Federalsburg, was arrested at the 6700 block of East New Market Elwood Road, regarding an active arrest warrant for burglary, second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 8, 2018, Monica Kimble Cole, 20 and Donald Lee Lednum 20, both of Denton, were issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams after an investigation in Greensboro. It was learned Lednum had three active arrest warrants for failure to appear in court. He was taken before a court commissioner and held pending a court date.
May 8, 2018, Melvin Thomas Williams, 44, of Denton, was served a criminal summons for acting as a contractor without a license and theft scheme in Denton, Md. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
May 8, 2018, Tracey Earl Sherwood, 40 of Easton, was arrested on a bench warrant in Easton regarding failure to appear for court. He was taken before a court commissioner and released on $3000.00 bond.
May 8, 2018, Charles Thomas De Fitze, 35 of Delaware, was arrested for possession of stolen property after a traffic stop in Greensboro, Md. He was issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100.00 and released on his signature pending a court date.
May 8, 2018, Dale Rodney Holmes, 49 of Saint Michaels, was arrested for telephone misuse and false statement. He was taken before a Talbot County Court Commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 8, 2018, Troopers responded to a disturbance at the 5500 block of Galestown Newhart Mill Road, Rhodesdale, Md. A male juvenile, 14 of Rhodesdale, was arrested for second-degree assault after an investigation revealed he had used a BB gun and shot a female juvenile in the head. He was referred to juvenile services pending a court date.
May 9, 2018, Troopers responded to Noble Road, Denton, Md., regarding an unwanted intoxicated subject. Upon arrival, Adam James Laplant, 34 of Denton, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for theft under $1000.00. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 10, 2018, Scott Stitchberry, 32 of Cambridge, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop in Easton, Md. His passenger, Robyn Lynn Dabolish, 37 of Stevensville, was arrested for failure to obey a lawful order and interfering with an official police investigation. She was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 10, 2018, Troopers responded to a disturbance at the 15000 block of Westbridge, Henderson, Md. Hugo Rafael Cotto Diaz, 28 of Henderson, was arrested for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and malicious destruction of property. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 11, 2018, Tashena Renee Cephas, 33 of Hurlock, was arrested on an active bench warrant for failure to appear for court. She was taken before a Talbot County court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 12, 2018, Tyrell Lavon Stull, 29 of Easton, was arrested on an active arrest warrant for failure to obey a lawful order, false statement to a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest after a traffic stop in Easton, Md. He was taken before a court commissioner and held without bond.
May 12, 2018, Shannon Nicole Seiler, 32 of Greensboro, was arrested on an arrest warrant for violation of probation (possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance) after a traffic stop in Greensboro, Md. She was released on $5000.00 bond. Her passenger, Thomas Sieler, 53 of Greensboro, was issued a civil violation for possession of an open container in a vehicle. He was released on his signature pending a court date.
May 14, 2018, Troopers responded to Marydel, Md, regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, Daniel Lednum, 27 of Denton, was arrested for second-degree assault and possession of cocaine. He was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
May 14, 2018, Lawrence Dale Grim, 39 of Delaware, surrendered to Troopers in Cambridge, Md., regarding an active arrest warrant for driving while license suspended. He was taken before a court commissioner and held on $10,000.00 bond.
May 15, 2018, Cecelia Mary Szyper, 25 of New Jersey, surrendered to Troopers regarding a bench warrant for driving without a license. She was taken before a court commissioner and released pending a court date.
