OCEAN CITY POLICE BEAT: Arlington thugs with drugs on a sales trip to the beach armed with weapons were discovered when asking a cop for a parking suggestion

OCEAN CITY, MD –  Three FCA (Future Criminals of America) arrived in Ocean City equipped with a stash of drugs and various sales tools to assist them in their multi-level marketing business such as brass knuckles, a switchblade, and a.25 caliber handgun. Ocean City police say that the three teens were packing a half pound of pot, which exceeds the 10 grams considered to be a small amount for one deadhead along with pills, meth, and paraphernalia designed for shooting up, snorting and smoking.

Another sales tool for the thugs was a full-face mask which comes in handy for robbing other drug dealers in motel rooms on dark side streets off of Coastal Highway or holding up liquor stores.

Ocean City Police reports that on Friday, June 29, 2018, Ocean City police on uniformed bicycle patrol in the ocean block of North Division Street was approached by three teenage males in a vehicle inquiring about parking. The males had just entered Ocean City via Route 50 before encountering police. The officers immediately recognized a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and noticed trace amounts of marijuana scattered throughout the vehicle.

Officers ordered each of the occupants to exit the vehicle, so a search could be accomplished.

That’s when officers located the weapons and drugs.

The thugs with drugs were identified as a Gavin Thomas Kaiser, 16, of 2000 South Eads Street #122, Arlington, Va., and Emmanuelle Nathaniel Ruiz, 18, of 2907 16th Road, Apt. B, Arlington, Va., and a 17-year-old male of Arlington, VA.

Kaiser was charged by Ocean City Police Officer S. Faggert as an adult with four felony counts of drug and weapons charges including possession with the intent to distribute drugs, possession of a firearm in the process of dealing drugs which is a felony.  Another seven counts of misdemeanor criminal charges round out the charges. He was seen by a Maryland District Court Commissioner and transferred to the Worcester County Jail and released on July 1 after posting $10,000 bond. Kaiser will be required to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 13, 2018, in Worcester County District Court where a court security guard will make him pass through a metal detector in order to see the Judge. The big joke for taxpayers is that they will be providing this junior dirtbag drug dealer with a free public defender to convince the court that Kaiser is simply innocent of all charges and that a flying swordfish swooped up from Assawoman Bay and dumped all of the drugs and weapons in the vehicle when they stopped for a traffic light.

Ruiz has been charged with possession of an assisted opening knife and possession of metal knuckles. He was released on personal recognizance. The 17-year-old male was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services
