MAGNOLIA, DEL. – Two fewer alleged dirtbags will be running around Magnolia looking for pills and busting into the homes of innocent citizens – that is until the whacko liberal judicial system sets them loose once again with a slap on the wrist.

Delaware State Police arrested two suspects in connection with a home invasion that occurred on July 11, 2018, at approximately 8:15 p.m.

Police say that Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Whispering Lane for a report of a home invasion.

Prior to arriving at the scene, a Trooper observed a suspect matching the description provided, fleeing the area.

The flight of the accused fleeing felon was curtailed by the fleetfooted flatfoot and identified as 24-year-old Paul Dixon 3rd of Magnolia, Del.

Dixon was taken into custody while a further search of the area with the assistance of the Harrington Police Department, led to the capture of the second suspect, 18-year-old Terry R. McIntire Jr. of Seaford who was hiding in thick briars.

Dixon was armed with a stun gun and McIntire was armed with an airsoft gun that resembled a semi-automatic handgun when they demanded property from the victim.  The victim turned over his cell phone, and the suspects proceeded to the rear bedroom where they confronted the homeowner, a 71-year-old male.  McIntire pointed the airsoft gun at the 71-year-old male and demanded property, at which time pill bottles and a wallet were taken.

Both suspects were transported back to Troop 3 where they were charged with 2 counts of Robbery First Degree, Home Invasion, Aggravated Menacing, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Conspiracy Second Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Carrying a Concealed Dangerous Instrument.  They were arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to the James T.
