SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO – Coast Guard Cutter Donald Horsley crewmembers with a seized cocaine shipment in Puerto Rico, following the interdiction of a drug smuggling go-fast boat Oct. 13, 2018, off Luquillo, Puerto Rico. The Donald Horsley crew and responding U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations units seized 2,324 pounds of cocaine in this case with an estimated wholesale value of $30 million.
