LOUDOUN SHERIFF POLICE BEAT: Never too young to begin a life of crime and kidnapping

STERLING VA. – Police say that violent and thieving gangster thugs who allegedly tried to rob a juvenile of his cell phone and to kidnap him are now in custody.

Roberto A. Rodriguez-Cruz, 19, and Aaron M. Quintanilla, 18, both of Sterling, were arrested by Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputy Perry and charged in connection with the robbery which took place on Nov. 3, 2018, in mid-afternoon on East Cornell Drive in Sterling, Va.

On November 3, 2018, Police say that the juvenile victim reported that two adult males who are known to him attempted to take his phone. The suspects then tried to push the victim into their car but he was able to break free and run away.

Rodriguez and Quintanilla were charged by Deputy A. Perry with Robbery, Kidnapping, and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. They are both being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond. Rodriguez appeared in District Court on Nov. 8, 2018, and due to the felony charge, the case was sent to Circuit Court.

Further charges are pending for the juvenile suspects, say police.

 

DWI HIT PARADE: Jeepers Creepers Jeevansai Chandra, DUI during rush hour!

ASHBURN, VA. – Stuck in the middle of the road while DUI. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to this location for a vehicle stopped in the roadway at 8:13 am on Nov. 8, 2018.  Deputies located the vehicle at Gloucester Parkway and Loudoun County Parkway and identified the driver as Jeevansai Chandra, 26, of Ashburn. Chandra was arrested and charged with Driving under the Influence. He was released from Loudoun County Jail on Nov. 7, 2018.

 

DWI HIT PARADE: Travis E. Brocke busted for DUI after a woozy road trip

STERLING, VA. – The Loudoun County Sheriff reports that Deputy T.D. Davis observed a vehicle which was unable to maintain proper lane control near N. Sterling Blvd., at E. Holly Ave., in Sterling, Va., at about 5 pm.

The driver was identified as Travis Eric Brocke, 23, of Ashburn, Va., and was arrested and charged with Driving under the Influence and he was served with an outstanding out of the County warrant.  In recent arrests for public swearing and intoxication, Brocke has been found guilty in Loudoun District Court with a fine of $250 assessed in 2015.

Brocke was released from the Loudoun County Jail on a secured bond.  Brocke has a court date set for Jan. 9, 2019 at 1:30 pm.

This bozo will have to explain to a judge why he let lead fly

LEESBURG, VA.  Loudoun deputies found a man who doesn’t know he lives in horse country and that sometimes horses get loose, even at inconvenient hours in the on Nov. 8, 2018, dark of night. Deputies responded to a residence on Sidesaddle Court, Leesburg, Va., at about 9 pm in reference to a report of disorderly conduct.

According to the Loudoun Sheriff’s Office, which did not identify the homeowner, he stated that he heard a noise outside his home during the night. He retrieved his pistol and went out to investigate. He saw people near his back fence and yelled to them twice but did not get a response. The homeowner then fired a round into the air.

Police say that they determined that several persons were in the area attempting to locate their horses that left their pasture.

After a consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, the homeowner was released on a summons for reckless handling of a firearm.

THE APPLIANCE CARTEL: The Three Thieves Caught in the Act at Home Depot

CHANTILLY, VA. – A gang from out of state was working the thieving fields of Virginia with a hot truck and loading hot appliances, say police.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputies responded on Nov. 3, 2018, at 3:15 pm to Home Depot located at Riding Center Plaza in Chantilly, Va., for a report of three adult subjects loading stolen miscellaneous appliances into the back of a box truck. The subjects were identified as:

Marina Aronova, 33, of Freehold, NJ. Aronova was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, Possession of Controlled Substance, Larceny with Intent to sell, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of Paraphernalia. She is being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond.

Mario A. Malpica, 25, of Charlotte, NC, was charged with Grand Larceny, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of Marijuana. He is being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond.

Jose M. Ortiz, 49, of Central Islip, NY, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle Larceny with Intent to sell, and Concealing and Larceny (Altering Tags/Merchandise). He is being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond.

 

WILD WOMAN OF BORNEO: Police say that Bianca Ferrucci attacked two deputies

STERLING, VA., – The wild days and nights of Sterling have yielded another wild hellion who police say attacked two Loudoun Sheriff’s Deputies.

The deputies reportedly responded to the area of Broad Run Drive in Sterling on Nov. 4, 2018, at 1:28 am, for a report of a male subject running from a vehicle. Deputies made contact with the vehicle which was occupied by a male and female.

The female became hostile and assaulted deputies. She was identified as Bianca A. Ferrucci, 22, of Woodbridge, VA. Ferrucci was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault on Law Enforcement Officers and two counts of Obstruction of Justice. She is being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond.

DWI HIT PARADE: Woe to this bozo! The second DUI arrest in five years won’t bode well for Christian Estrada when he comes to court.

STERLING, VA. – Night time is prime time for impaired drivers to be haunting the roadways and on Nov. 2, 2018, at 1:33 am was no exception.

Loudoun County Sheriff reports that a deputy observed the driver of a vehicle traveling over the posted speed limit at Dulles Crossing Plaza and Atlantic Plaza in Sterling, Va.

The driver was identified as Christian W. Estrada, 27, of Fairfax, VA. Estrada was arrested and charged with Driving under the Influence (2nd in 5 yrs.), Refusal of a Breath Test (2nd offense) and Driving on a Suspended License (DUI related). He is being held at the Loudoun County Jail without bond.
