On July 26, 2017, Chad Michael Hagen was arrested for DUI in Charles County, Md., by Maryland State Trooper Leach at 2:04 am as he drove southbound on Md. Rt. 5 at Flowing Creek Court in a 2011 Ford Super Duty truck. With La Plata attorney Hammad Matin as his lawyer, he arranged a plea deal with Charles County States Attorney Anthony Covington. THE DEAL: in exchange for pleading guilty, Hagen was given Probation Before Judgement on Aug. 11, 2017, with no fine and no time.
