ILLEGAL ALIEN COCAINE AMIGOS BUSTED: Frederick Police Arrest 5 Men on Numerous Drug Charges

FREDERICK, MD. – Frederick Police detectives are making it tough for drug dealers to get around and build their multi-level marketing business, as the sleuths keep sneaking around the town looking for trails left by the felonious thugs to lead back to their lairs.

Police say that during the evening of November 29, 2018, the Frederick High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area group, consisting of members from the Frederick City Police, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Brunswick Police, Maryland State Police, Homeland Security Investigations and the Frederick County States Attorney’s Office, served search and seizure warrants at 3 locations within Frederick City and Carroll County, Md.

The search warrants were obtained as a result of an extensive 5-month criminal investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating in Frederick County. Today’s events have dismantled this organization that has been dealing narcotics throughout Frederick County for a significant period of time.

The list below identifies the locations where the search and seizure warrants were served;

  1. 7454 Sixes Bridge Road, Keymar, MD

  1. 1218 Stillmeadow Court, Frederick, MD

Items seized during Thursday’s operations include a large quantity of illegal narcotics, a handgun, vehicles used in the trafficking and a quantity of cash obtained from the sale of illegal narcotics.

All individuals arrested were also processed by US Immigration and Custom Enforcement Agents and had detainers placed on them due to their immigration status

According to the Frederick News-Post, Agustin Tovar-Campos, Javier Tovar-Campos, and Rodriguez were all charged with possession and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a large amount of cocaine — 448 grams or more.  About 645 grams were seized overall.

Therefore, about a pound and a half of cocaine were recovered in the raids.

  1. Gustavo Lesdesma Resendiz, 30, Frederick, Md., of 1218 Stillmeadow Street, Frederick Md. (Additionally had 2 Outstanding out of County FTA warrants) Preliminary and bond hearings set for Dec. 3rd and Dec. 18th. Now held without bond. Will be given a free attorney provided by the hapless taxpayers of Maryland.  Lesdesma-Resendiz was charged with by Frederick City Police Department for drug dealing in Frederick District Court on Dec. 20, 2015, and court records show that the case was closed without prosecution in Circuit Court and he was released from custody the next day. In addition to allegedly dealing cocaine to the many cokeheads of the druggie population of the City of Frederick, he also is a deadbeat dad and doesn’t bother with obtaining a driver’s permit, according to court records.

Frederick Police say that this is an ongoing investigation and additional persons and charges may be initiated at a future time.  Tactical Teams from the Frederick City Police, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police, and Homeland Security Investigations assisted with executing and securing the warrant locations.
