DWI HIT PARADE: North East Barrack of Maryland State Police reports November 2018 DUI Arrests; Michael Clark Old scored twice in one month

NORTH EAST, MD -The Maryland State Police report the following arrests for DUI in November of 2018.

The Barrack announced their commitment to reducing impaired driving and preventing alcohol/drug-related accidents.  The North East Barrack’s aggressive stance resulted in over 1091 traffic stops in November 2018, with 22 of those stops leading to arrests of impaired drivers.  Some of the investigations relating to impaired driving remain open and may not be included, but here is a list of the North East Barrack’s DUI arrests for November:

(Rising Sun) Tena Marie Ratledge, 57 YOA, Rising Sun, MD

(North East) Thomas Lee Brown Jr, 33 YOA, North East, MD

(Elkton) Joseph Michael Johnson, 30 YOA, Earleville, MD

(Colora) Michael Clark Old, 45 YOA, Havre de Grace, MD

(North East) Jonathan Raymond Marino, 34 YOA, Elkton, MD

(Elkton) Michael Zachary Meadows, 29 YOA, Rising Sun, MD

(Elkton) Herbert Charles Wesley, 48 YOA, Elkton, MD

(Elkton) Timothy A. Liverman, 47 YOA Elkton, MD

(Chesapeake City) Gerardo Perez, 78, of 106 Washington Ave., Elkton, Md., by Trooper Batista of North East Barrack on Nov. 11, 2018 at 5:40 pm as he operated a 2004 Nissan on Rt. 213 at Randalia Road. Attorney Shaun Holt O’Donnell is representing Perez at trial set for Feb. 11, 2019.

(Elkton) Christian Joshua Swalm, 22 YOA, Middletown, DE

(Elkton) Michael Clark Old, 45, of 531 Robinhood Road, Havre de Grace, MD (Second Offense for November) by Trooper Adam Siemek on Nov. 18, 2018 at 2:43 am while operating a 2004 Volvo Jetta northbound on Rt. 213 at Frenchtown Road.

Michael Clark Old was arrested for DUI on Nov. 4, 2018 at 8:46 pm by Maryland State Trooper Sean Koontz as he operated a 2015 Honda MC northbound on Rt. 276 prior to Rt. 272.

Michael Clark Old was arrested for DUI by Harford County Sheriff Deputy Allen on Oct. 8, 2015. In a plea deal with the Harford County States Attorney and attorney Karen Leslie Jones, of Bel Air, Old entered a plea of not guilty to DWI. THE DEAL: Old was given Probation Before Judgement Zero time in jail and a fine of $250.00.

(Rising Sun) Sean Douglas Odell, 25 YOA, Rising Sun, MD

(Elkton) Illiam Yvette Woods, 50, of 107 Champlain Court, North East, Md., and also of 7 Laura Court, Quarryville, PA., by Trooper Jason Proctor of the North East Barrack. Woods was charged with driving while impaired with a child in her 2008 Chrysler Sebring while eastbound on Rt. 40 at Md. 279.  Woods has been charged numerous times over the past ten years with driving while uninsured, driving without a permit and or suspended. The Cecil County States Attorney either dropped the charges or put them on the Stet Docket, allowing this person to continue to be a menace on the highway.
