DWI HIT PARADE: Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack reports December 2018 DUI Arrests

The following persons were arrested by Troopers assigned to the Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barracks and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the month of December 2018.

Juvenile, 17 YOA, Salisbury, MD

Rubicel Arena Cordova, 30 YOA, Hebron, MD

Luke Travis Britton, 37 YOA, Chincoteague, VA

Ammad Niazi, 29 YOA, Salisbury, MD

Thomas Edwards, 58 YOA, Capron, VA

Patti Evans, 54 YOA, Eden, MD

William Dale Perdue, 65, of 11130 Stewart Neck Road, Princess Anne, Md., was arrested for DWI on Dec. 12, 2018, at 2:13 pm by Maryland State Trooper Daniel Townsend as Perdue was operating a vehicle southbound on U.S. 13 at Market Lane in Somerset County, Md.

William Dale Perdue was arrested for DWI on May 2, 2014, by Somerset County Sheriff Deputy Rondell Redding. In a plea deal with Somerset States Attorney Daniel Powell on July 23, 2014, Perdue entered a guilty plea to DWI. THE DEAL: Perdue was sentenced to serve on year in jail with all but four months and 28 days suspended.

Cole Lacey, 33 YOA, Pocomoke, MD

Sharron Horsey, 26 YOA, Salisbury, MD

Bryant Lee Cannon, 48, of 30307 Bowlend Hill Circle, Apt. A., Princess Anne, Md. Cannon was operating a Mercury northbound on Rt. 13 at Deal Island Road when arrested by Maryland Trooper Daniel Townsend. Trial is set for March 5, 2019, in Somerset District Court. 

Bryant Lee Cannon was loose on the highways of Maryland pending trial and apparently that freedom was all he needed to allegedly stick his snoot into another barrel of booze, resulting in being arrested for DWI once again on Jan. 29, 2019 at 6:16 pm by Maryland State Trooper King when stopped in his Mercury at his residence on Bowlend Hill Circle.

Jamar Alexander, 29 YOA, Crisfield, MD

Douglas Edward Witte, 62, of 9946 Deal Island Road, Deal Island, Md., on Dec. 21, 2018, at 3:47 am arrested by Maryland State Trooper J. Price. Trial date is set for Feb. 28, 2019 in Somerset County District Court. Witte was operating a 2006 Toyota on Mount Vernon Road near Crisfield Lane when he was arrested.

Arrested for DWI on March 9, 2015, Douglas Edward Witte entered a guilty plea to DWI on Sept. 8, 2015 in Harford County Circuit Court in a plea deal with the Harford States Attorney. THE DEAL: Witte was sentenced to one year in jail with all but one month suspended, community service of forty hours, with time served on weekends.
