HEROIN HIGHWAY TO HELL: Tiffany Cracked Cocaine, Heroin and Anything She Can Get and She Don’t Care – It’s LIVE PD Every Day in Calvert County
HUNTINGTOWN, MD. – Crack is still in fashion for many due to it being cheap and not likely to be laced with Fentanyl, but one never knows. Maryland State Police say that on Feb. 2, 2019, at 2:19 pm, Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Plum Point Rd. near Cecil Lane in Huntingtown.
Because of several criminal indicators a K-9 scan was requested and resulted in a positive alert. A probable cause search was conducted, and crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found. Tiffany A. Herring, 33, of 2606 Berkley Street, Temple Hills, Md., was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Jail, a place she often calls home.
Herring has a trial pending on March 27, 2019, in Calvert County Circuit Court for a slew of criminal charges filed by the Calvert States Attorney including neglect of a minor, possession of heroin, cocaine or other drugs other than weed. She was ordered held in the slammer by a Judge on $25,000 bond.
Herring was arrested by Calvert Deputy T. Rzepkowski on Oct. 17, 2018 on the above charges which resulted in the criminal information being filed and a warrant being issued on Nov. 7, 2018.
Calvert Sheriff Mike Evans reports that on August 29, 2018, Deputy Parks assisted Dfc. Clas with a traffic stop in the area of Route 4 and Cox Road in Huntingtown. The driver, Tiffany Amber Herring denied having anything illegal in her vehicle.
Police say that a search of the vehicle revealed hypodermic needles, crack cocaine pipes, a soda can with burn marks and residue, and a clear vial with suspected heroin. Herring was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert Jail where she was charged with CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.
In addition to other drug charges, a conviction for theft in Anne Arundel County, Tiffany was found guilty of one count of prostitution on April 25, 2011, in Baltimore County District Court, which may explain why she is smiling so much when provided the opportunity to expand her fan base in her mug shot taken by the Calvert Sheriff’s Department. She was sentenced to one year in jail with all the jail time suspended in order to keep her doing her part to expand the economy.
