HOOKER PATROL: Arlington Police arrested hookers from District, Virginia, Las Vegas, Sacramento, and New York

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department announced the results of a two-day operation by the FBI Washington Field Office’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force and officers from the police department’s Criminal Investigations and Operations Sections to locate victims of human trafficking. The goals of this proactive operation, which occurred on March 21-22, 2019, were to attempt to locate any juveniles being exploited into sex trade and help raise awareness about sex trafficking in our community.

Utilizing various investigative methods to identify classified ads advertising prostitution in Arlington County, the operation resulted in 8 misdemeanor and 2 felony charges. The following individuals have been charged as a result of this operation:

  • Marquilla Braxton, 21, of Washington, DC, misdemeanor prostitution
  • Ashley Yvette Kibler, 22, of Washington, VA, misdemeanor prostitution; has a hearing set for May 2, 2019 in Arlington District Court. Defense attorney Rex Flynn is listed in court records as her mouthpiece.
  • Kayle Rolle, 22, of Fayetteville, AR, misdemeanor prostitution and held on outstanding out-of-state warrants
  • Debbie Sanchez, 26, of Sacramento, CA, misdemeanor prostitution; has a hearing in Arlington District Court set for May 14, 2019; Defense attorney is listed as William Parker.
  • Faith Anna Marie Horton, 22, of Front Royal, VA, misdemeanor prostitution and felony child endangerment; faces a court hearing on April 24, 2019 in Arlington District Court. The taxpayers of Virginia will be paying for her defense.
  • Lillian Moody, 22, of Front Royal, VA, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor
  • Katherine Haberman, 22, of Las Vegas, NV, misdemeanor prostitution and possession of marijuana
  • Wanxiu Kang, 45, of Flushing, NY, misdemeanor prostitution
  • Gary Dulaney, 70, of Clifton, VA, felony use of vehicle to promote prostitution

Human trafficking is an issue facing communities throughout the country and the Arlington County Police Department is committed to thoroughly investigating all reported incidents. Information may also be provided anonymously through the Arlington County Crime Solvers hotline at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).

Police ask that if believe you are the victim of a trafficking situation or may have information about a potential trafficking situation throughout the country, call the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC) at 1-888-373-7888. NHTRC is a national, toll-free hotline, with specialists available to answer calls from anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year related to potential trafficking victims, suspicious behaviors, and/or locations where trafficking is suspected to occur.
