Bivens was available to be shot, allegedly by his fellow dirtbag Fridley due to the weak sentencing of the Somerset County prosecutors who made a plea deal with Bivens on Dec. 26, 2018. The Day After Christmas present for Bivens was in return for him pleading guilty to possession of drugs other than marijuana and trespassing on posted property. Charges of felony third-degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia were dropped as part of the deal. THE DEAL: twelve months in jail with five months and 29 days to serve and the balance suspended.

Bivens was charged with attempted first-degree murder by the Somerset States Attorney in 1996.
