PG killers trying to keep up with top gun killers in Baltimore City

CAPITAL HEIGHTS, MD. – Another murder and two fewer drug dealers were the result of a shooting that PG County Homicide Unit detectives are investigating. Police say that a double fatal shooting that occurred early on April 7, 2019, in Capitol Heights. The victims and also drug dealers from Frederick are 24-year-old Trevor Allan Frazier of East Patrick Street and 26-year-old Raymond James Giles of Rock Creek Court in Frederick, Md.

PG cops say that on April 7, 2019, at approximately 12:15 am, patrol officers were called to the 5000 block of Fable Street for a shooting. They discovered Frazier and Giles suffering from gunshot wounds. Frazier was pronounced dead on the scene. Giles was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later.

The murdered men were both felonious drug offenders who dealt in death themselves, according to court records.

Frederick Police were keeping an eye on an open-air drug market in Frederick on July 23, 2018, when they saw an SUV enter a parking lot at the location on North Market Street in Frederick at about 4:30 pm.  The officers alleged that a drug deal went down during the meeting when a suspect entered the SUV for a moment and then got out and walked away.

Police followed the SUV and pulled it over and a K-9 drug scan of the vehicle promised that drugs would be found inside. Police say that a bag containing 2.25 grams of Ecstasy was in the sock of the driver.  Two passengers were also in the SUV, say police.

The man who walked up to the SUV stepped back out of the vehicle a short time later, and the SUV drove away. When the SUV was pulled over a short time later, a police dog alerted on the vehicle and officers found a small bag holding 2.25 grams of Ecstasy hidden in the driver’s sock, the documents state.

Police say that the driver, one of the two men murdered on April 7, 2019, in PG County, was Raymond James Giles, 26, of 107 Rock Creek Court, in Frederick, Md.

Giles was charged with possession of Ecstasy/MDMA, according to court records. The charge was later dropped. Another drug charge was picked up for less than ten grams of pot on Feb. 16, 2019.

Another group of officers caught up with the suspected dealer, identified as Trevor Allan Frazier, 23, who has worked at McDonalds and Boston Market, apparently moonlighted as a drug dealer.

Police say was he was walking in the 200 block of North Market Street when he was corralled by the cops and quickly dropped a bag with 14 grams of Ecstasy inside.

Trevor Allan Frazier, of 602 East Patrick Street, Frederick, Md., was charged with possession, possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of Ecstasy/MDMA. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Frazier was charged on Dec. 21, 2018 with theft filed in a statement of charges by the Frederick County States Attorney based on a complaint by Frederick City Police Officer J. Holler for an incident that took place on Dec. 19, 2018. A trial was set for April 23, 2019, on the theft charge, a date which won’t be kept.

Frazier pleaded guilty in a plea deal with the Frederick States Attorney on Jan. 3, 2019, which indicates he may have rolled over on other drug dealers or his supplier, which could account for his murder on April 7, 2019.  The guilty plea by Frazier to a misdemeanor rap of conspiracy to sell drugs earned him 18 months in jail with all of the jail time suspended – meaning he walked free without any jail time.

The more serious felony drug distribution charge was dropped as part of the deal, along with lesser charges.  Frazier entered a guilty plea to possession of drugs on Sept. 9, 2017, and was sentenced to 29 days in jail. The taxpayers of Maryland provided Frazier with a free attorney to arrange that deal following his arrest by Frederick City Police Officer Alvarez.

Apparently, Giles and Frazier decided to work together or Frazier was just showing Giles the ropes of drug transactions in the killing fields of PG County when they were killed in Capital Heights as the community saw two more desperados who opted for the quick money of selling drugs instead of flipping burgers.
