MARYLAND STATE POLICE BEAT: St. Mary’s County is crawling with druggies, junkies, PG dopers, and DWI drivers

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – The Maryland State Police were kept on the go over the Memorial Day weekend, locking up drunk drivers and arresting several members of the local drug community.

Police say that on May 22, 2019, Tpr T. Howard conducted a traffic stop in the area of Columbus Drive, Lexington Park, identified as Frederic Drew Brooks, 21, 21271 Lexwood Court, Apt. 16A, of Lexington Park, Md., emitting a strong odor of marijuana from his car. This doper was clearly not smart enough to save his stash to sell to fellow deadheads around Lexington Park as he was sending his profit up in smoke.

Police say that a probable cause search was conducted revealing 56.5 grams of suspected Marijuana. Brooks was arrested and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing where he was charged on a criminal citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana greater than 10 grams.

  • On May 10, 2019, Brooks was cited for driving on a learner’s permit without an adult supervising him and faces a $290 fine, for which he’ll have to peddle some dope in order to pay.
  • On May 9, 2019, Brooks was cited with a Deadhead Hit Parade citation of less than 10 grams of pot by Trooper Christopher Ditoto.
  • On May 4, 2019, Brooks might have been calling his supplier for more dope when he was cited by Trooper Eric Evans for using his cellphone while driving a 2004 Ford Focus on Great Mills Road at Kay Drive in Lexington Park at 1:01 pm.
  • Brooks was arrested by St. Mary’s Deputy David Potter on Feb. 4, 2016 as he motored down Great Mills Road at Westbury Blvd in a 2001 Lincoln.  Brooks was cited for knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle, playing guess who’s license plates are on the car and driving without a driver permit or registration. In a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz, Brooks entered a guilty plea to the last charge and the other two were dropped on Sept. 14, 2016. THE DEAL: Brooks was given five days in the Hotel St. Mary’s with all five days suspended and a fine of $100.

JUNKIE SEE, JUNKIE DO, JUNKIE DIE – Kyle Summers gave trooper his heroin instead of license and registration

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – Heroin junkies are on the move along with everyone else during rush hour in Sin City. Maryland State Police report that on May 24, 2019, at approximately 7:00 a.m., First Sergeant Mike Laney was traveling westbound on Great Mills Road when he initiated a traffic stop.

First Sergeant Laney identified the driver as Kyle Ryan Summers, 31, of 22515 Iverson Drive, Great Mills, Md.

 Summers allegedly pulled a glass vial from the console and advised F/Sgt. Laney, it was “CBD”. TFC Joseph Rutkoski responded to the location and assumed the investigation. Summers advised there were syringes and Heroin inside the vehicle.

 A probable cause search revealed five (5) used syringes, a metal spoon with suspected Heroin residue and one (1) capsule of suspected Heroin. Summers was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, Driving on Suspended License, driving without a License, and Negligent Driving.

The Alice in Wonderland Maryland Judiciary District Court Commissioner allowed this junkie who drives while stoned on public roads to be released on his own recognizance. Summers faces a Judge on July 9, 2019.

DIRTBAG ROUNDUP: Teen packing Oxy pills had Rebekah Whetlor riding shotgun

HOLLYWOOD, MD. – Out in the wilds of St. Mary’s County is a fine country road by the name of St. John’s Road, as it connects the Walled City of Leonardtown with the fine St. John’s Church in Hollywood.

It was on this rural byway that Maryland State Trooper R. Kaszubski made a traffic stop on May 24, 2019 at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Tpr R. Kaszubski noticed a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle operating by a Deadhead kid behind the wheel.

Police say that a probable cause search was conducted and a prescription bottle with the label removed containing 31 suspected Oxycodone pills were located.

The 17-year-old driver was charged with traffic offenses and released to a parent, who hopefully will give this bozo an ass whipping, along with an additional juvenile passenger.

Police say that the front seat passenger, identified as Rebekah Grace Whetlor, 22, of 40467 Breton View Drive, Leonardtown, Md., was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and Prescription: Omit/Remove/Alter/Obliterate Label. She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Jail.  Whetlor will be assigned a free attorney paid for by the taxpayers, saving her the expense of hiring one herself.

HEROIN HIGHWAY TO HELL: Lisa Marie Hall was stuck in the mud with Amanda Wedding and stash of heroin vials and 39 pills of instant death

GREAT MILLS, MD. – On May 26, 2019, at 4:00 am, Tpr. Kaszubski observed a vehicle off the roadway, stuck in mud on Point Lookout Road. The trooper reports that Lisa Marie Hall, 36, of 46916 Drayden Road, Md., Leonardtown, Md., and the passenger, Amanda Renea Wedding, 33, of Lexington Park.

 During the investigation, Hall gave consent to search her vehicle, which revealed; 39 capsules of suspected heroin, 7 vials of an unknown liquid, a digital scale with heroin residue and drug paraphernalia. Additional drug paraphernalia was located in Ms. Hall’s pants pocket. Wedding was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute & Hall was charged with Possession of CDS-Not Marijuana.

Hall will have a trial in District Court on July 10, 2019 was quickly let out of jail without any bond required.

BLUNTLY SPEAKING, GETER: where did you get the drugs, where is your gun with the filed off serial numbers?

LEXINGTON PARK, MD. – The Maryland State Police report that a convicted felon from PG County, who was playing hide and seek with his pockets full of pot-laced butts, was arrested on May 26, 2019 in the heart of Sin City at 1 pm.

M/Trooper John Preston conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Shangri-La Drive, and Rt. 235, in Lexington Park, Md, and found the driver, Toussaint Oazwan Geter, 36, of 6702 District Heights Parkway, District Heights, Md.

It was an ill wind wafting from Geter’s 2008 Mercury as a strong odor of marijuana was detected.

Police say that they had probable cause to search Geter’s smoky chariot, which revealed five (5) suspected marijuana blunts, a digital scale with suspected marijuana residue and a prescription bottle with no label containing; three (3) white pills identified as suspected Carisoprodol.

Showing the intelligence level of a person who voluntarily fries his brain with drugs as part of exercising free will granted him by the Lord Almighty, Geter refused to comply and began to resist the arrest.

Geter was eventually placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Jail.

Geter was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, Prescription: Omit/Remove/Alter/Obliterate label, CDS: Civil Possession Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Hindering a Police Officer. Geter also picked up a citation for failing to fasten his seatbelt as he operates a mobile drug dispensary.

Geter has a trial date coming up in Prince Georges Circuit Court on June 26, 2019, for various charges including possession of a gun with the serial numbers filed off, illegal possession of a gun, possession of a gun by a convicted felon. Geter gets a free attorney, thanks to the taxpayers of Maryland.
