OCEAN CITY, MD – (June 10, 2019): Ocean City Police have identified the suspect in the stabbing that occurred Sunday on Caroline Street and the Boardwalk. Detectives credit the town’s City Watch program, along with the public’s assistance, in quickly identifying Harold Rafael Nunez-Dominguez, 19, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
“We would not have the photographs, video evidence and the ability to quickly identify the suspect without our City Watch program,” commented Ocean City Police Chief Ross Buzzuro. “The investment in the town’s surveillance technology is a key factor in solving this case.”
In addition to City Watch photographs, multiple police tips from citizens and a vigilant hotel employee are credited for helping detectives identify the suspect as a hotel guest. “We work closely with the Chamber of Commerce and the Hotel, Motel Restaurant Association on ways to properly identify their guests,” Chief Buzzuro continued. “With the visitors of our community changing weekly, the partnership of our residents and business community is invaluable to our department and to our investigations.”
Nunez-Dominguez’s has been charged with two counts of assault in the first and second degree, as well as two counts of reckless endangerment. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He is currently in police custody in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition to Maryland.
OCEAN CITY, MD – (June 9, 2019): Ocean City Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect in a stabbing that occurred on Sunday, June 9, 2019. The assault occurred at approximately 12:26 a.m. on June 9 on Caroline Street and the Boardwalk during a fight involving multiple people.
The preliminary investigation revealed the suspect, a light-skinned black male, stabbed two victims. The suspect was wearing a dark colored t-shirt, torn knee-length denim shorts, and white tennis shoes. The suspect, and at least one accomplice, then fled the scene and have not been located by police.
One victim, a 15-year-old juvenile male, was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center and the second victim, a 17-year-old juvenile male, was flown to Shock Trauma. Both victims sustained serious injuries but are in stable condition.

Four teens were indicted on charges related to an Oct. 1 robbery near
Challenger Court in Walkersville. Police say two groups met in a drug deal, but
then a group of teens attacked the person who was supposed to sell the drugs,
hitting her and shooting her twice with a BB gun.
In that case, Jason Allen Diggs, 16, of Frederick, was indicted on charges of conspiracy to rob, reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, attempted theft as well as two counts each of armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Also facing the same charges in that attack: Zeto Ulrich Tape, 16, of Frederick; Caleb Zachariah Purcell, 17, of Frederick; and Uel Sam Boama, 17, of Frederick. The teens were charged as adults.

Turner was indicted by the Grand Jury of Harford County for felony drug distribution and has a trial set for July 8, 2019 in Harford Circuit Court.
Turner entered a guilty plea to first-degree felony burglary in Harford County Circuit Court on May 22, 2019. The prosecutor and the Judge were kind enough to delay sentencing so he could make a trip to beach to sell his supply of drugs.
Being a drug sales and marketing entrepreneur is not without its risks. Harford Sheriff reports that approximately 7:52 p.m., April 8, 2019, deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office were in the area of Walton Road assisting with an unrelated call for service, when they heard what sounded like gunshots coming from a nearby location.
The Sheriff reported that Deputies immediately responded to the area and began canvassing, looking for a victim or crime scene. At 8:05 p.m., deputies were informed an unknown individual was being transported to Franklin Square Hospital, in a private vehicle, for treatment of a gunshot wound.
Deputies went to the hospital and were informed the victim had been identified as Amir Turner, 18, of Edgewood, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. Following treatment at the hospital, Turner was transferred to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center for continued treatment of his injuries. At this time, his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
Harford Detectives believed Turner was walking in the area of Harford Square Drive and O Court, when for unknown reasons a vehicle approached and someone inside opened fire.
