DWI HIT PARADE: Fairfax City Police DUI arrests for June 2019:

Dennis Talbert, 57, of Springfield, Va., on June 14, 2019 at 1:01 am was arrested by Fairfax City Police Officer Z. Davis for DUI while driving erratically on Pickett Road and taken to Fairfax County Jail. Court date: July 30, 2019.

Jonathan Cruz, 22, of Glendale, Arizona, arrested when stopped on University Drive for DUI on June 14, 2019 at 1:51 am after a crash and was incarcerated at the Fairfax County Jail.

Agatha Mae Karmun, of Centreville, Va., was stopped by Fairfax City Police Officer Harmon on June 9, 2019, at 1:25 am when he observed her driving erratically on Fairfax Blvd. and charged with DUI; she was taken to the Fairfax County Jail. A court date for this first-time offender has been set for July 25, 2019.

John Austin Weiler, of Fairfax, Va., was arrested by Fairfax City Police Officer Z. Davis for DUI on June 9, 2019, at 12:29 am when Fairfax City Police Officers observed him operating a 2014 Honda CRV erratically on Sager Avenue at East Street. Weiler was taken to the Fairfax County Jail. A trial has been set for July 30, 2019.

Richard Patton Deeds Jr., of 1404 Crowell Road, Vienna, Va., was charged by Fairfax City Police Officer Gardner with DUI and refusing a blood and breath test for alcohol on June 21, 2019 at 6 pm. A court date has been set for Aug. 13, 2019.

Thomas Brian Prioletti, of 5363 Lake Normandy Court, Fairfax, Va., was arrested on June 27, 2019 at 11:46 pm for DUI – third offence.  Prioletti was found guilty on Jan. 22, 2013 with a second DUI conviction. Ignition interlock for his vehicle was ordered along with a fine of $500.

Ngor Piotem Kuac, 33, of 8594 Enochs Drive, Lorton, Va., was charged by Officer Harmon with on April 28, 2019, at 6:31 pm with DUI – second offense after Fairfax Officers stopped his vehicle at the intersection of Oak Street and Main Street. Kuac has a trial set for Sept. 3, 2019, with defense attorney William Evans representing him.

Paul Justin Lawrence, of 13906 Baton Rouge Court, Centreville, Va., was arrested on April 11, 2019, for DUI while parked improperly, say police, at 4040 Jermantown Road at McDonald’s as he was sleeping and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Fairfax Police Officer Lawson gave him the slumber coach special to the Fairfax County Jail to resume his nap.  Lawrence has a trial set for Aug. 20, 2019, with attorney John Carroll to plead his case.
