• Maryland Trooper Michael Reuschling laid a big fat whopping ticket on this bozo for doing 95 mph in a 55-mph speed zone on Aug. 2, 2017 as he operated a 2013 Honda eastbound on Rt. 50 at mile markers 59. The ticket was prepaid on Sept. 1, 2017.

ALEXANDER LAWRENCE BLACK, of 7916 Mansion House Crossing, Pasadena, Md., (W /M/23) Arrest on chrg of 1) Assault-sec Degree (M), 2) Resist/interfere With Arrest (M), 3) Disorderly Conduct (M), 4) Fail Obey Reasonable/lawful (M), and 5) Noise – Disturb Peace & Repose Of Others (M), at Sea Cove, Ocean City, MD, on 7/4/2019 12:00:00 AM. Arrest by Ocean City Police Officer Michael A. Hamblin. Court date for trial is set for Aug. 15, 2019 in Worcester District Court in Ocean City, Md.

• Alexander Lawrence Black is a serial loudmouth in Ocean City as he entered a guilty plea to disturbing the peace in Ocean City in a plea on Aug. 7, 2018. A charge of providing police with a phony identification was dropped as part of the plea deal. Black also entered a guilty plea to intoxicated endangerment.
• Alexander Lawrence Black was arrested on multiple DWI and traffic charges by Maryland Trooper Zachery Null as he operated a 2005 Honda Civic on Rt. 295 southbound at 195 eastbound on May 8, 2017 at 1:22 pm. Black hooked up with a free attorney paid for by the very taxpayers whose lives he endangered by driving while impaired.  IN a plea deal with Anne Arundel County States Attorney Wes Adams on Oct. 12, 2017, Black pleaded guilty. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement with two days in jail and no fine, with 18 months of supervised probation. On Sept. 18, 2018, Black was found to be in violation of his probation.
• Alexander Lawrence Black, as part of his annual pilgrimage to show his arse on Ocean City, was arrested by Worcester County Sheriff Deputy A. Rhode on July 4, 2016 and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Indecent Exposure. In a plea deal on Aug. 8, 2016 he wound up with a verdict of Probation Before Judgement for disorderly conduct and the indecent exposure charge was dropped. Black was fined $300.00. Another fine of $100.00 was assessed for an open container of alcohol.

RYAN PATRICK MCGRAW, of 35 Tail of the Fox Drive, Berlin, Md., (W /M/40) Arrest on chrg of Person Driving Motor Veh. On (hwy., Public Use Property) while license is revoked, and privilege suspended. On, (M), at 111 3rd St/Philadelphia Ave, Ocean City, MD, on 7/4/2019 12:00:00 AM. Arrest by Ocean City Police Officer Chelsea J. Kautz.  McGraw will be having a taxpayer provided free attorney to be his mouthpiece in Worcester County District Court.

• McGraw’s driver’s permit is suspended due to his plea of guilty in Worcester District Court in a plea deal on June 8, 2017, with the Worcester States Attorney to the charge of DWI when he was stopped at Cathell Road and Ocean Parkway while operating a 2005 Ford by Ocean Pines Police Officer Harry Miller on July 9, 2016. THE DEAL: McGraw was sentenced to one year in jail with six months suspended.
• Ryan Patrick McGraw pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock on October 15, 2015 (which shows the folly of such a condition of a person not getting jail time for DWI) and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all of the jail time suspended in a plea deal with the hapless Montgomery County States Attorney John McCarthy.
• Ryan Patrick McGraw entered a guilty plea to driving on a suspended license in Harford Circuit Court on April 10, 2013 in a plea deal with the Harford States Attorney. THE DEAL: a sentence of 18 months in jail with all but four months suspended.
• Ryan Patrick McGraw was arrested for DWI on Bel Air Police Officer David Madden on Sept. 25, 2005 while operating a 2000 Dodge on South Main Street at Idlewild Rd. McGraw was found guilty in Harford County District Court on June 28, 2006.
• Ryan Patrick McGraw entered a guilty plea to DWI in Baltimore County District Court on Dec. 22, 1999 and got off without any jail time and a fine of $300, with $250 of the fine suspended and the hapless taxpayers of Maryland picking up the tab for this nitwit’s free attorney. McGraw was arrested by Baltimore County Police Officer Robert Sewell on June 25, 1998 as he operated a 1995 Dodge on Perry Hall Blvd at Ridge Road.  
• McGraw has other arrests and convictions for drugs, driving while suspended and assault.

• Nicholas Paul Kutz is presently on Probation for DWI as a result of his arrest on June 29, 2018 at 2:38 am by Maryland Trooper Atkinson as he operated a 2017 Nissan on Brier hill Road at Chambers Circle in Harford County, Md.  In a plea deal, Kutz was put on 18 months of supervised probation thus he rings the bell with this new arrest for DWI.

• Alex Sterling Kerstetter was charged by Montgomery County, Md., Police Officer Kevin Correa with DWI on Jan. 20, 2019 at 1:29 am as he operated a 2016 Honda. IN a plea deal with the Montgomery County States Attorney on May 31, 2019, Kerstetter entered a guilty plea. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement and a fine of $500 and no time in jail.  ($250 of the fine was suspended). Sharon T. Diamant represented Kerstetter in court.

EX-CON ALTON MARTIN BURKE Jr., of 301 N. Colonial Drive #B, Hagerstown, Md., (B /M/25) Arrest on chrg of 1) Affray (M) and 2) Disorderly Conduct (M), at 5601 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD, on 7/6/2019 12:00:00 AM. Arrest by Ocean City Police Officer H. E. Miller.

• Alton Martin Burke Jr. was charged with attempted second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment in Washington County Circuit Court while he was an inmate at the Brockbridge Correctional Facility. In a plea deal with the Washington County States Attorney, Burke entered a guilty plea on Aug. 6, 2013, to two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment; and the other charges were dropped. THE DEAL: Ten years in prison on the assault charges with all but eight years suspended. Over $10,000 in restitution to a medical facility was ordered to repay the damage he caused.
