JOSHUA C. HAVEY, 41, of Woodbridge, Va., arrested for DWI in the 45900 block of Sterling, Va., and later released from Loudoun County Jail on personal recognizance.

KATHLEEN K. BUFFONI, 55, of Fairfax, Va., was arrested for DUI on July 2, 2019 at 11:06 am when a crash involving her vehicle was investigated by a Loudoun Sheriff Deputy in the 40800 block of Cove Point Lane in Leesburg, Va.  Buffoni was taken to the Loudoun County Jail.

BESIM NEZAJ, 31, of Leesburg, Va., was arrested for DWI by a Loudoun County Sheriff Deputy on June 29, 2019, at 8:40 pm on East Main Street in Purcellville, Va., following a traffic stop.  Police say that Nezaj was held at the Loudoun County Jail on no bond.

Deputy Sheriff conducted a traffic stop on June 29, 2019, at 1:48 am on the Loudoun County Parkway at Glouster Parkway. Escobar was also charged Refusal to Provide a Breath Test (2nd offense) and Driving While Revoked. Escobar was held at the Loudoun County Jail on a no-bond status.

ASHLEY NICOLE MEIGE, 26, of Leesburg, Va., was stopped on June 30, 2019, at 2:09 am on Russell Branch Parkway and Tournament Parkway in Ashburn, Va., by a Loudoun County Sheriff Deputy and charged with being suspected of DWI. Meige was later released from the Loudoun County Jail on a personal recognizance bond.

JUAN DEL CID, 40, of Herndon, Va., was in a crash on June 29, 2019, at 5:41 pm at East Maple Ave., and South Maple Court in Sterling, Va.  Loudoun County Sheriff Deputies report that Cid was driving a vehicle that struck a parked pickup truck and was arrested for DWI and taken to the Loudoun County Jail. Cid was later released on a personal recognizance bond.

EDILBERTO A. GAITAN, 42, of Sterling, Va., was charged with DWI and hit and run by Loudoun County Sheriff Deputies on July 1, 2019, at 1:19 am. Deputies responded to a hit and run crash in the 1800 block of North Brunswick Street in Sterling, Va., and located two suspects with the suspect vehicle a short distance from the scene. The passenger in the vehicle was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. Levi De Jesus Fernandez, 37, of Sterling was charged with Public Intoxication. Gaitan and Fernandez were being held at the Loudoun County Jail.

ALFRED GRANICK JR., 56, of Leesburg, Va., was arrested for DWI after a Loudoun Sheriff Deputy stopped his vehicle for a traffic offense on June 25, 2019, at 1:05 pm in the 22300 block of James Monroe Highway in Aldi, Va. Granick was charged with second-offense DWI and refusal to provide a breath test was taken to the Loudoun County Jail and later released on a $2,500 bond.

DIEGO REVOLLO CADIMA, 29, of Sterling, Va., was charged with DWI after Loudoun Deputies responded to the scene of where police say that several parked cars were struck by Cadima on June 23, 2019, at 10:50 pm in the 20500 block of Easthampton Plaza in Ashburn, Va. Cadima was taken to the Loudoun Jail on charges of DWI second offense and driving while revoked.

ERNIE F. CAMPOSECO RAMIREZ, 26, of Ashburn, Va., was found by Loudoun Sheriff Deputies slumped over the wheel of his vehicle in the middle of the intersection of Charter Oak Drive and Nashua Street in Ashburn, Va., on June 22, 2019, at 3:45 am. Ramirez was charged with being suspected of DWI and refusal to take a breath test and deposited in the Loudoun County Sheriff Jail.

AKASHDEEP MALHI, 21, of Chantilly, Va., was arrested for DWI by a Loudoun Deputy after being stopped for a traffic violation on June 23, 2019, at 4:01 am on the Loudoun County Parkway at Riding Center Drive.

KEVIN MARTIN CHESSER, 54, of Chantilly, Va., was charged with DWI by a Loudoun Deputy that had answered a call for a suspected intoxicated driver in the area and who located him allegedly in a vehicle on the side of the road in the 25100 block of McBryde Terrace in Chantilly, Va., on June 21, 2019 at 10:23 pm. Chesser was charged with suspected of DWI and refusal to take a breath test and incarcerated in the Loudoun Jail.
