GLEN BURNIE, MD.  –  Do you keep hearing about the phony story about the mass incarceration of criminals in Maryland and how society would be better off if the prison doors opened and allowed the heathens inside to flow out the doors?

This story is about two ex-cons and the choice they made with their free will to sell heroin and pack guns as they went about dealing death.

Anne Arundel Police report that on July 9, 2019, at approximately 1 p.m. detectives from the Northern District Tactical Patrol Unit conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation on a red Honda Accord in the area of Tungsten Street and 3rd Street. K9 Nova responded, conducted a scan of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics within the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, located in a compartment underneath the center console, the following items were found/seized:

  • .32 Caliber Keltec Model P32 handgun (1) round in the chamber (8) rounds in the magazine.
    • 14.03 grams of suspected Heroin/Fentanyl
    • 9.53 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine
    • black digital scale

Police say that they located on the passenger’s person (16) glass vials of suspected Crack Cocaine weighing approximately 13.48 grams.

Both suspects are prohibited from possessing firearms and were ordered held without bond on July 10, 2019.

Tarrell Thomas Powell was issued a court notice for the forfeiture of a 2010 Honda as a part of his drug dealing to the Baltimore City Council on Feb. 22, 2019.

Powell was charged 15 counts of criminal indictments regarding armed robbery, carjacking, possession of a gun, use of a firearm in a violent crime, theft, assault and felony armed robbery in Baltimore County Circuit Court in charges that originated in 2007, sentencing in 2008 and at least five violations of his probation in subsequent years.

Believe it or not, the morons running the Alice in Wonderland Maryland Judiciary allowed him on April 27, 2016, to be released on his personal recognizance when he was arrested on a bench warrant, according to court records.

Kendall Jordan Christian got a plea deal from Baltimore City States Attorney Marylin Mosby on Feb. 1, 2019, when he entered a guilty plea to attempted distribution of heroin. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation After Conviction along with eight years in prison with seven years, six months of the sentence suspended. Christian won’t have to worry about reporting in to a probation officer for the next eighteen months.

Kendall Jordan Christian was found guilty of robbery on Feb. 4, 2009, and sentenced to ten years in prison with nine years suspended and a verdict of Probation After Conviction. On May 20, 2010, Christian was found guilty of a violation of probation and sentenced to nine years in prison with four years suspended.
