Homicide Unit detectives have arrested a suspect in connection with a homicide in Capitol Heights on April 7, 2019. The suspect is 25-year-old Rendell Markeith Johnson of 1400 block of Key Parkway in Frederick, Maryland. Detectives say he fatally shot 24-year-old Trevor Frazier of Frederick and 26-year-old Raymond Giles of Frederick.  A gunman attended the funeral services for Frazier in the City of Frederick, Md., and pulled out a gun and blasted away, striking two people.

On April 7th, at approximately 12:15 am, patrol officers were called to the 5100 block of Fable Street for a shooting. They discovered Frazier lying inside of a car with gunshot wounds to the body. Giles was discovered outside the car lying in the roadway also suffering from gunshot wounds. Frazier was pronounced dead on the scene.
