MURDER USA: Ex-con Cameron Stenhouse and Dennis Vasquez shot dead on Foxcroft Lane
ESSEX, MD. – Baltimore County Police identified two men shot dead on Foxcroft Lane in Essex, early on July 29, 2019, as ex-con Cameron Ross “Cutta” Stenhouse, 26, of 1240 Four Winds Way, Baltimore, Md., and Dennis Christopher Vasquez, 34, of 10th Avenue, in Parkville, Md.
Three men were shot, with one surviving and expected to live.
Baltimore County Police were called to the scene on Foxcroft Avenue in Essex, Md., at 12:25 a.m. where they located one man deceased in front of a home, and another in critical condition. That man was transported to Franklin Square Hospital by medics where he was pronounced deceased.
Stenhouse was indicted by the Grand Jury of the Baltimore County Circuit Court on Feb. 23, 2011, and he was found guilty of felony armed robbery, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery on Nov. 8, 2011. His sentence of ten years was suspended, and he was put on probation for three years. A summons was issued on July 26, 2019, as Stenhouse sought to have an expungement of the conviction to prevent anyone from knowing he was a felony armed robber. The prosecutors objected to the expungement in a court filing and now the conviction stands forever.
The reason for the unusual step by an ex-con to seek the removal of his felony criminal record appeared to be Stenhouse venturing into production of Rap music, according to posts he made on his Facebook page.
Vasquez won’t be appearing in Harford County Circuit Court on charges of possession of a loaded handgun in his vehicle, filed by Aberdeen Police Officer Andrew Lehockey on July 11, 2019. His demise due to lead penetration can be laid to the efficiency of his public defender who was successful in quickly returning him to the streets, pending his trial.
