DWI HIT PARADE: Annapolis Barrack of Maryland State Police report DUI arrests July 15 to 31, 2019

James Richard Wilkinson, 74, (REPEAT OFFENDER DUI) of 25380 Club Circle, Quantico, Md., arrested by TFC. Holson for DWI, reckless driving in wanton and willful disregard for the safety of persons and property; failure to control speed to avoid a collision; Wilkinson was stopped by TFC. Holson as he operated a 2014 Toyota northbound on I-97 north of Rt. 50 at 4:40 pm on July 16, 2019.  Wilkinson has hired the fierce DUI attorney from Easton, Md., Stephanie Shipley who makes mincemeat of prosecutors. A court date has been set for Aug. 30, 2019, in Annapolis District Court.

James Richard Wilkinson has experience with being charged with DUI, as he was arrested by Maryland Trooper D. Hale on Aug. 16, 2011, as he operated a 2004 Cadillac on Whitehaven Road southbound north of Nebo Road. In a plea deal with the Wicomico County States Attorney Matt Maciarello and his own attorney James Anthenelli, of Salisbury, Wilkinson entered a guilty plea to DWI. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement, zero time in jail and a fine of $500 – which did virtually nothing to protect the public as is evidenced by his newest DWI arrest.

Robert James Greger, 49, (REPEAT OFFENDER DUI) of 1033 Chestnut Hill Cove Drive, Chestnut Cove, Md., by TFC. Holson on July 17, 2019, at 10:26 pm. Greger has hired attorney Steven M. Sindler in the first step of what may add up to be between $10,000 and $15,000 in costs associated with the decision to allegedly drive while impaired instead of calling a cab or a friend. Greger was operating a 2009 Lexus on Rowe Blvd. at Herbert Sachs Blvd. when he was stopped for speeding by the trooper. Clocked at 68 mph in a 40-mph zone is yet another indication of being impaired.  A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 30, 2019.

Robert James Greger was charged with DWI on April 10, 2011, at 1:14 am when he was arrested by Maryland Transportation Authority Police Officer D. Sterling when he was stopped on Broening Highway while operating a 2009 Jeep. In Baltimore City District Court, Greger got a free pass on May 27, 2011, with a verdict of Probation Before Judgement, zero time in jail and a fine of $200.

Alejandro Criollo, 40, of 2014 Baltimore Road, #H32, Rockville, Md., was charged with DWI by Maryland Senior Trooper Sean Turpin on July 18, 2019, at 9:09 pm as he operated a 2015 Ford Transit on US Rt. 50 at I-97. Criollo has hired attorney Esteban Andres Gergely to represent him on Oct. 16, 2019, in Annapolis District Court.

Alejandro Criollo had a busy time on the roadways in July, as he was arrested for DWI by Montgomery County Police Officer Elijah Kinser on July 19, 2019, at 7:38 pm for DWI as he operated a 2005 Ford when stopped at 2014 Baltimore Road.  Attorney Esteban Gergely will be representing Criolla in his doubleheader of DWI in Montgomery District Court in Silver Spring on Oct. 3, 2019.

E, Baltimore, Md., was arrested for DWI by TFC Erin Lowe on July 20, 2019 at 11:15 pm as he operated a 2016 Mazda on Rowe Blvd. at Taylor Ave., at a speed of 55 mph in a 40 mph zone, which was conveniently located adjacent to the Maryland State Police Annapolis Barrack, somewhat akin to showing up at the Jail and asking to be allowed inside.  A court date in Annapolis District Court has been scheduled for Oct. 21, 2019, with Glen Burnie attorney Patrick Michael Smith signed up to represent Blechman.
