MURDER USA #247 for 2019: Baltimore Police announce arrests of two for shooting and robbery of Sgt. Isaac Carrington; suspects in several homicides, including in Almeda and newest homicide du jour on Piedmont Ave.

BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore City Police report that on September 18, 2019, at approximately 1:46 a.m., Northwest District patrol officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of Piedmont Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed an unidentified adult male suffering from gunshot wounds who was hauled away by a meatwagon in the familiar routine of murder and mayhem in one of America’s largest cities.

 At Sinai Hospital the victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel shortly after arrival.

BALTIMORE, MD. – Holy Catfish, Batman!  The armed killers of Baltimore do not walk up to the City Council meeting room and voluntarily turn in their weapons to their political leaders who have passed strict gun laws.

On September 17, 2019, at approximately 11:04 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Wilkens Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they observed a male suffering from gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in the 500 block of South Smallwood Street.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Investigators learned the victim fled the scene of the shooting.

MOTORIST’S DERRIERE INJURY FROM DERRINGER?

On September 17, 2019, at approximately 1:01 p.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

When police arrived, they located 21-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the buttocks.

The victim stated he was driving in the 5400 block of Belair Road when he heard several gunshots. The victim then attempted to flee the location and realized he was shot.

MURDER USA: One shooting victim was talking, the other never talking again

BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police report that two men found their own ride to the hospital after being shot on September 17, 2019, at approximately 8:11 p.m.  Northern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once at the location, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the wrist and an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victims were in the 600 block of Winston Avenue when they were shot by an unidentified suspect.

Due to the second victim’s injury, Homicide detectives have been notified.

MURDER USA #228 for 2019: Keith Wilkenson Wanted for Homicide of Karen Lovings; Shooting of Three Others

BALTIMORE, MD. – Baltimore Police say that Homicide investigators need the help of the public in locating 21-year-old Keith Wilkenson of the 2400 block of Calverton Heights.

Wilkenson is wanted for the quadruple shooting of three women and one man, that occurred on August 30, 2019, in the 1600 block of East 29th Street. Tragically, 51-year-old Karen Lovings did not survive her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.

Wilkenson should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information to the whereabouts of 21-year-old Keith Wilkenson is asked to contact WATF detectives at 410-637-8970 or simply dial 911.

On August 30, 2019 at approximately 3:13 a.m., a citizen flagged down a patrol officer to respond to a residence in the 1600 block of East 29th Street.

Responding officers discovered an unidentified deceased female suffering from gunshot wounds inside the location. Two additional victims suffering from gunshot wounds were also located at the residence. A 23-year-old male and a female yet to be identified, both were transported to area hospitals.

Moments later, a 22-year-old female that lives at the East 29th Street residence walked into an area hospital, also in need of treatment for gunshot wounds.

Homicide detectives were summoned to the location and assumed control of the investigation. Investigators learned that officers had been at the location at 11:40 p.m., on August 29, 2019, in reference to a dispute.

MURDER USA #245 for 2019 Hispanic guy sliced and diced and stabbed to death

On September 15, 2019, at approximately 2:30 A.M., officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Rochester Place for a cutting.

Upon arrival, officers located a Hispanic male who was suffering from stab wounds.

The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Homicide detectives who are investigating this incident have learned the victim had been in a verbal altercation with an acquaintance. That altercation escalated and became violent.

BALTIMORE, MD. – Did you hear the one about the two men all dressed in black who are believed to have killed a man in broad daylight in Baltimore City?

On September 14, 2019, at approximately 2:44 P.M., officers responded to the rear of the 1300 block of W. Pratt Street for a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers located a 31-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the body.

The victim was transported to Shock Trauma where he died a short time later.

Homicide detectives are investigating this incident. Preliminary, they have learned that there are possibly two suspects, both of whom were wearing all black clothing.
