MURDER USA: THE FAT BLACK GUY WITH DREADLOCKS charged with the attempted murder of a toddler

BALTIMORE, MD. – The man that Baltimore Police say shot at a car in a fit of road rage at a city intersection and wounded a toddler in the vehicle has been apprehended and charged with attempted murder.

Police say that 33-year old Javon Johnson (DOB 10/16/1985) of 948 N. Franklintown Road, Baltimore, Md., has been charged with attempted murder, assault, and various handgun related charges and is currently being held at the Central Booking and Intake Facility in the Baltimore City Jail. Johnson will be treated to a free attorney courtesy of the Taxpayers of Maryland for his first hearing on Nov. 7, 2019, in Baltimore City District Court.

Johnson was arrested by Baltimore Police Detective Paul B. Hayes in connection with the shooting of a 2-year old boy that occurred on October 12, 2019.

At approximately 12:30 am, officers responded to the 600 block of W. Franklin Street for a Shot Spotter alert.

A short time later, officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When officers arrived, they found a 2-year old boy being treated for a gunshot wound to his stomach.

Investigators believe the victim was riding in a car with several family members when he was shot. The motive for the shooting was road rage.

Javon Anton Johnson was charged with second degree child abuse by a person with custody of a child along with assault with a deadly weapon and second-degree assault but with a pal in the person of Baltimore City States Attorney Marilyn Mosby, he skated on the charges on March 29, 2019, when Mosby put the charges on the Stet Docket.

$15,000 reward for Road Rage Shooter of Toddler

Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said at a news conference that when a car failed to advance through an intersection in Baltimore City just after midnight on Oct. 12, 2019, a gray minivan pulled around the stopped vehicles and a heavyset black man with dreadlocks fired shots into the stopped vehicle, striking the child. The child was driven to a hospital and police were called.

On October 12, 2019, at 12:34 am, officers responded to the 600 block of W. Franklin Street for a Shot Spotter alert. When officers arrived, they were unable to locate a shooting victim or suspect.

A short time later, officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When officers arrived, they found a 2-year old male being treated by the hospital staff for a gunshot wound to his stomach.

Investigators believe the victim was inside of a vehicle when the shooting occurred. Just prior to the shooting, another occupant of this vehicle was possibly involved in a dispute with the driver of another vehicle. During the dispute, shots were fired and the suspect vehicle then fled from the location.
