COCAINE & POT GO TOGETHER LIKE A HORSE AND CARRIAGE: Three Stooges from Baltimore caught with all the tools needed for dealing drugs

SALISBURY, MD. — Maryland State Police in Salisbury reports that on Oct. 19, at approximately 2:23 am., a traffic stop was conducted on a black Honda Accord for making an unsafe lane change and negligent driving northbound Rt. 13 north of Old Eden Rd., Wicomico County, Maryland. 

The driver of the Honda was identified as 21-year-old Raquan Williams, (DOB 07/01/1998) of 791 Seawall Road, Essex, Md. 

State Police report that Trooper Ashley Thorne observed marijuana on Williams’ sweater and inquired about it at which time Williams stated he didn’t know why the marijuana was on his clothing, but then stated he smoked marijuana earlier in the day.  Based on this, a probable cause search was conducted of the Honda. 

Located in the Honda were 35 baggies of marijuana (30.2 grams), 16 vials of cocaine (7 grams), a digital scale and a ceramic plate and razor blade containing cocaine residue.  All of these items were within reach of the driver and both passengers. 

The front seat passenger was identified as 20-year-old Montaz Antonio Wright, (DOB 03/13/1998) of 2305 Barclay Street, Baltimore, Md., and the right rear passenger was identified as 21-year-old Brandon Nicholas Lee, of 1108 Abbot Court, Baltimore, Md.  The driver and both passengers denied any knowledge of the drugs located in the vehicle.

Maryland State Police report that the driver and both passengers were arrested on CDS charges and the driver/Williams was additionally charged with DUI after poor performance on field sobriety tests.

COPS FOUND WILLIAMS HAD DRUGS STUFFED IN WITH HIS JUNK

Putting a new twist to the customers who planned on snorting the cocaine that Williams was allegedly selling, future buyers might want to avoid buying from this hoodrat as he had some of his cache of drugs stuffed in his briefs, giving a new dimension to the term of snorting and a likely foul sniff to go along with hit.

A search incidental to arrest of the driver/Raquan Williams revealed 8 baggies of marijuana in his pants pocket (6.5 grams).  Also, a baggie of cocaine was located concealed in Williams’ underwear.

All three suspects were held without bond at the Wicomico County Jail

Williams, Lee, and Wright were charged with:

  • Two felony counts of drug distribution.
  • Possession of cocaine.
  • Possession of more than ten grams of pot.
  • Two misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia.

Williams was also charged with DUI.

A warrant issued by District Court in Baltimore was outstanding for the arrest of Williams for vehicle theft in Baltimore City.
