NEWARK, DEL. – Not four dirtbags, just a double dose of two dirtbags that the police want to take off the streets and toss in the slammer – at least for a few hours before the Delaware Judicial system releases them back on the streets to maim, rob and commit mayhem.

The Delaware State Police are continuing to investigate a pair of carjacking’s that occurred on Monday, October 28, 2019, and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects.

Police say the first incident occurred at approximately 5:35 p.m., Monday, October 28, 2019, at the rear of the Papa John’s Pizza, located at 480 Peoples Plaza. The pictured suspects approached the victim, displaying a handgun and demanded the keys to the victim’s vehicle.

The victim refused to comply, and a struggle ensued. The victim was able to retain possession of his keys and after a brief struggle, the suspects fled on foot towards Glasgow Avenue. The victim refused medical treatment for minor injuries sustained during the incident.

At 6:30 p.m., the same two pictured suspects approached the victim, as he sat in his 2017 Honda Pilot, which was parked at the gas pumps at the Sunoco gas station, located at 2360 Pulaski Hwy. A handgun was again displayed, and the suspects demanded the victim’s keys and vehicle.

The victim complied with the demand and turned over his keys who then fled onto Pulaski Hwy., in the Honda. The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.

The initial investigations into both incidents determined that the same two suspects were responsible for both carjackings. They were described as follows:

Hold out for cash for Christmas shopping and turn these dirtbags in if you know who they are. Everyone wins, the public will be safer and these clowns (both suspects are shown twice) will get three hots and a cot for a good while.
