Anne Colt Leitess, State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County, Maryland

DANIEL RICHARD POLGREEN, (DOB 02/05/1978) of 513 Broadcreek Drive, Stevensville, Md., was arrested for DWI on Aug. 24, 2019, at 1:43 am by Maryland Trooper Brandon Ford as he operated a 2018 Ford at 610 Taylor Ave. in Annapolis.  The trial for this case was continued to Jan. 29, 2020 and once again was postponed. Annapolis attorney Mandeep S. Chhabra represents Polgreen.

LANCE EDWARDS, (DOB 11/19/1967) of 2330 Good Hope Road SE Apt. #304 was arrested by Maryland State Trooper Robert Cearfoss on Aug. 20, 2019, at 8:08 am as he operated a 2012 Chrysler westbound on U.S. Rt. 50 west of I-97 in Anne Arundel County.  In a plea deal with Anne Arundel County States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess on Nov. 4, 2019, Edwards entered a guilty plea to DWI. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement was agreed to by the prosecutor with one year of unsupervised probation, no jail time and no fine.

ANDREW TAYLOR HARNDEN, (DOB 12/22/1989) of 223 N. Collington Ave., Baltimore, Md., was arrested for DWI by Maryland Trooper Tyrone Herndon on July 31, 2019, at 1:31 pm as he operated a 2006 BMW northbound on Md. Rt. 97 at Hawkins Road.  In Anne Arundel District Court on Oct. 23, 2019, Anne Arundel States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess dropped all DWI charges with no fine, no time.  Arranging the deal for Harnden was Annapolis attorney G. Andrew Cochran.

JUSTIN MICHAEL SELLMAN – It’s deals on wheels for this repeat offender DWI – drugs driver as Maryland Prosecutors in two counties prove they have no value on the lives of citizens or care about protecting the public.

JUSTIN MICHAEL SELLMAN, (DOB 07/29/1987) of 3299 Riva Road, Riva, Md., was arrested for DWI-Drugs by Anne Arundel County Police Officer Justin Wood on July 22, 2019, in charges filed on Dec. 30, 2019, and was released on his own recognizance. A trial has been set in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court on Feb. 14, 2020, where he might feel the love from the prosecutor who loves to hand out sweet deals. The taxpayers of Maryland providing a free attorney for Sellman.

Baltimore County States Attorney Scott Shellenberger

IN a significant plea deal with the Baltimore County States Attorney Scott D. Shellenberger on Jan. 14, 2020, Justin Michael Sellman entered a guilty plea to DWI-alcohol. THE DEAL: a SENTENCE of three years in prison with all but ten months was suspended. Included in the deal the following charges were dropped: driving while suspended, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, negligent operation, fleeing a crash scene, running a red light, failure to provide proof of insurance, driving with a revoked and expired license, displaying suspended tags, reckless and wanton driving.  Sellman was represented by a taxpayer-provided attorney, Lauren Elizabeth Pagano Kemper of Towson, Md.

JUSTIN MICHAEL SELLMAN was arrested for DWI-Drugs on Aug. 16, 2016, at 3:58 pm by Annapolis Police Officer David Higgins as he operated a 2014 Dodge Charger on Forest Drive at Hilltop Lane. Sellman failed to appear for trial on Sept. 7, 2017, and on Dec. 6, 2017.  In a plea deal on Jan. 22, 2020, with Anne Arundel County States Attorney Anne Colt Leitess the DWI – drugs charged were put on the Stet Docket with no time and no fine.

Justin Michael Sellman was arrested for DWI on April 20, 2014, by Anne Arundel County Police Officer Musgrove as he operated a Mercury in the 3700 block of Solomon’s Island Road.  The charges were sent to Circuit Court and in a plea deal, Sellman pleaded guilty to DWI drugs on Dec. 16, 2015. THE DEAL: Sellman was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Justin Michael Sellman was arrested for DWI by Anne Arundel County Police Officer Daughters on Oct. 9, 2012, as he operated a Mercedes on Rt. 32 west near Sappington Station Drive. In Anne Arundel District Court on Jan. 13, 2016, Anne Arundel States Attorney Wes Adams agreed to a plea deal with Sellman. Sellman entered a guilty plea to DWI drugs or alcohol. THE DEAL: No time and fine of $192.50.  Court records show that Sellman was cited on Feb. 2, 2015, for violating the terms of his probation and on Jan. 13, 2016 was found in violation and committed to jail.

Sellman entered a guilty plea to possession with the intent to distribute drugs on Feb. 29, 2016, in Anne Arundel Circuit Court. THE DEAL: SIXTY days in jail.

Sellman was arrested by Maryland Trooper Bonjnowski on May 13, 2008, as he operated a 2005 Mazda westbound on U. S. Rt. 50 east of Rt. 424 and charged with DWI – drugs. The charges were dropped by the Anne Arundel County States Attorney.

Sellman was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer on Nov. 25, 2008, and on Feb. 23, 2011, Sellman got a plea deal from the Anne Arundel States Attorney Leitess. Sellman pleaded guilty to misdemeanor second-degree assault and the felony charges were dropped. THE DEAL: Sellman was sentenced to eighteen months in jail.
