    1. Leave a question on the Facebook page of Charles County States Attorney Tony Covington, as to the status of this case, which as of June 26, 2019, no charges have yet been filed. https://www.facebook.com/CCSAO/. The prosecutor needs to know that you and others care deeply about the progress of the investigation and when charges can be expected. Thanks for reading.

    1. You can also call and ask the name of the prosecutor assigned the case, ask that person to keep you informed as to when charges are filed.

  1. For taking the life of a man..this killer gets slapped on the wrist…1 year sentence 10 years probation… after almost 1.5 years living free and clear..maybe next time he kills someone he will stay longer..doubt it though unless its the prosecutors family or friend..that or someone publicly important…i am disgusted and disappointed in this travesty of justice..

    1. My heart goes out to you and the family. Laws need and should be changed and I too am appalled by this sentence. You drink and drive and murder someone and get to live the rest of your life free as a bird, he gets to live his love and be with his family. Not thinking or caring when he drove that vehicle highly intoxicated he could kill someone.
