DWI HIT PARADE: DWI REPEAT OFFENDER – Third time Christopher Mark Freeman has been caught again; may have been DWI hundreds of times

CHRISTOPHER MARK FREEMAN, (DOB 05/20/1982) of 11156 Fireberry Court, Prince Frederick, Md., was charged by Maryland State Trooper Aaron Fraser on Feb. 2, 2020, at 10:28 pm with his third DWI as he drove northbound on Md. Rt. 4 at Sixes Road in a 2010 Dodge, a fate he might have escaped had he noticed his tag light was burned out. Freeman won’t be getting a free public defender for trial in District Court for Calvert County on March 11, 2020.

Freeman’s arrest by Calvert County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Richard Wilson on June 20, 2017, for possession of drugs other than pot, such as heroin; along with various paraphernalia used to smoke, shoot up or otherwise ingest such drugs were disposed of by being placed on the Stet Docket in a plea deal between Ted LeBlanc, attorney for Freeman and Calvert County States Attorney Laura Martin.

On April 27, 2017, Calvert Sheriff Mike Evans reported that Deputy N. Buckler was dispatched to Adelina Road, in Prince Frederick, at approximately 3:30 am for a theft from a vehicle in progress. The victim stated because they heard their (unlocked) car door open, they turned on the outside lights and observed a white male inside their car.  The Control Center was able to put out a broadcast describing the suspect and the direction he took off running.  Sgt. E. Basham assisted with the search and advised he observed a white male subject walking on Adelina Road, in the area of Sixes Road, matching the description of the suspect.  He was able to confirm Christopher Mark Freeman, 34, of Prince Frederick, Md., was the subject seen in the victim’s vehicle.  Freeman was transported to the Calvert County Jail and charged with Theft less than $1000. In a plea deal with Calvert States Attorney Laura Martin, attorney Ted LeBlanc was able to get only ten days in jail for his client after Freeman entered a guilty plea on Aug. 3, 2017.

CHRISTOPHER MARK FREEMAN was arrested for DWI on May 18, 2013, by Calvert Sheriff’s Department Deputy D. Roberts as he motored on Rt. 231 near Seagull Beach in a 2002 Honda.  Represented in court by Orphans Court Judge Ted LeBlanc, Freeman entered a guilty plea to DWI on August 29, 2013, and on that date was committed to the Calvert County Jail.

Judge Ted LeBlanc was Freeman’s attorney when he caught a nice plea deal from Calvert County States Attorney Laura Martin on Sept. 28, 2009, and entered a guilty plea to DWI. THE DEAL: A verdict of Probation Before Judgement with no time and no fine. The arrest of Freeman had taken place on May 20, 2007, by Maryland State Trooper Jordan Stern as Freeman operated a 1992 Mercury on Rousby Hall Road at HG Trueman Road.

A verdict once again was Probation Before Judgement even though Freeman was already on probation, but what the heck, this is the Maryland Judiciary of Alice in Wonderland.

Former Calvert States Attorney Laura Martin

A trial was postponed on Aug. 17, 2007, due to the vacation of the attorney. On June 26, 2009, Freeman violated the terms of his probation when he entered a guilty plea to possession of marijuana in a plea deal in Calvert Circuit Court with States Attorney Martin which included felony charges of possession with the intent to distribute being dropped on Sept. 26, 2009. A verdict once again was Probation Before Judgement even though Freeman was already on probation, but what the heck, this is the Maryland Judiciary of Alice in Wonderland.

According to court records, CHRISTOPHER MARK FREEMAN has only been trying to kill his neighbors in Calvert County, Md., as all of his arrests and convictions have taken place within that county.
