MURDER USA: Woman got it in the chest, teen winged in N. Chapel Street gunfire

BALTIMORE, MD. – Nothing keeps the killers of Baltimore from their appointed rounds, not the National Guard, a worldwide pandemic or the feckless politicians of the Maryland General Assembly who pass laws against the possession of guns by felonious criminals.

Baltimore City Police report that on March 20, 2020, at approximately 11:59 P.M., officers responded to the 1800 block of N. Chapel Street for a ShotSpotter alert.

Double the trouble, triple the victims

When police officers responded to the call for gunfire, they report that they located a 30-year-old female who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was taken to an area hospital and is in serious condition.

A short time later, a 17-year-old male walked into an area hospital and was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. That victim stated he was shot while he was on N. Chapel Street.

On March 21, 2020, at approximately 2:45 A.M., an Eastern District patrol officer was flagged down by a 35-year-old male. That male also told the officers that he had been shot in the 1800 block of N. Chapel Street shortly before midnight as he was suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm.

Loyola Avenue gunfire sent meatwagon out in wee hours

On March 21, 2020, at approximately 2:20 A.M., officers responded to the 2400 block of Loyola Southwest Baltimore for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper chest.  Police say that the victim was transported to an area hospital and is in serious condition.

Northern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to call (410) 396-2455 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup.
