• Kimberly Joy Hinkley entered a guilty plea to DWI on Jan. 12, 2015 in Worcester District Court in a plea deal with Worcester States Attorney. THE DEAL: a sentence of ten days in jail. Worcester County Sheriff’s Department Deputy M. Hickman arrested Hinkley on Aug. 9, 2014, as she operated a 1994 Ford on Back Creek Road.
• Kimberly Joy Hinkley entered a guilty plea to DWI when she was arrested by Maryland State Trooper W. Bringman on June 21, 2011, as she drove a 1995 Ford on Back Creek Road at St. Martin’s Neck Road. THE DEAL: the plea deal took place with the Worcester States Attorney on Sept. 30, 2011.
• Kimberly Joy Hinkley entered a not guilty plea to DWI on June 19, 2009, in Worcester District Court; but was found GUILTY. She was arrested on Oct. 19, 2008, by Maryland Trooper K. Clark as she operated a 1987 Ford on Philadelphia Ave at Somerset in Ocean City, Md.
