Fairfax Police: McLean Pharmacy looted; Benjamin Pugel nabbed painting graffiti

Fairfax Police report that the following incidents occurred after midnight on June 2, 2020, as miscreants traveled around with crime on their mind and opportunity called.

Gang of Thugs Loot McLean Pharmacy

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 1392 Chain Bridge Road (McLean Pharmacy), 6/2/20, 12:26 a.m. Officers responded for an alarm and discovered the front glass door shattered. The investigation revealed a group of individuals broke into the pharmacy, stole property, and drove away in multiple cars.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Leesburg Pike/Spring Hill Road, 6/2/20, 12:06 a.m. Officers located a man who was seen spray-painting graffiti on concrete walls. The man ran from officers but was soon taken into custody. Benjamin Pugel, 19, of Vienna, was charged with two counts of felony destruction of property and misdemeanor destruction of property.

On September 2, 2020, the Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney dropped all charges Pugel, against inluding an assault charge which was placed on June 10, 2020.
