HEROIN HIGHWAY TO HELL: Donald Thorpe cuts into his profits when snorting his merchandise
GLEN BURNIE, MD. – How is Donald Thorpe supposed to pay his supplier for the heroin entrusted to him when he has used a big part of the stock in trade?
Anne Arundel Police report that on August 19, 2020, at approximately 11:20 a.m. officers responded for a report of an injured/sick subject in the area of 8th Avenue NW and Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival officers located an individual fully alert speaking Fire Department personnel.
Officers observed two glass smoking devices commonly used to smoke CDS on the subject’s lap. When the subject exited the vehicle, a green capsule fall from the subject’s lap. Upon further inspection, officers determined the capsule contained suspected crack cocaine.
Police say that looking around a bit resulted in the recovery of 34 capsules of suspected cocaine, 104 capsules of suspected heroin/fentanyl, 82 plastic containers containing suspected heroin/fentanyl and seven plastic containers containing suspected heroin/fentanyl. The subject was arrested and charged by Anne Arundel Officer S. Sheskin with multiple drug-dealing charges.
Arrested: Donald Joseph Thorpe 3rd, DOB: 8/12/86, 7400 block of Hickory Log Circle, Columbia, Maryland, and also of 9618 Woodberry Street, Lanham, Md.

This being the Alice in Wonderland Maryland Judiciary, Thorpe was released on zero bail.
On November 13, 2019, Thorpe got a plea deal with the Baltimore County States Attorney and entered a guilty plea to possession of drug paraphernalia that included the possession of heroin charge dropped. THE DEAL: Thorpe was let off with Probation Before Judgement.
