07/01/20- Keith Leonard Mackall, 57 of Lexington Park- Assault 2nd Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property and Theft by Cpl. Reppel # 141. CASE# 34906-20. Burglary-  On September 19, 2018, Cpl. Ruest responded to the 46000 block of Rogers Drive in Lexington Park,  for a reported assault.  The investigation determined Keith Leonard Mackall, of Lexington Park, forced his way into a residence and punched the victim repeatedly. The victim had several visible injuries from the assault.  Mackall was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and Assault 2nd Degree.

07/03/20- Ryan Michael Page, 35 of no fixed address- Theft by DFC. Lawrence# 279. CASE# 63393-19. Drug/Firearm Arrest– On July 3, 2020, Dep. Graves observed a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot of a closed business in the 21800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. Dep. Graves made contact with passenger Ryan Michael Page, 35 of no fixed address. Dep. Graves observed CDS paraphernalia inside the vehicle and conducted a vehicle search. Located in the vehicle were several suspected CDS smoking devices containing suspected cocaine residue, several hypodermic needles with suspected heroin residue, a plastic baggie containing suspected cocaine, and a loaded handgun. A check of Page revealed he is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition as a result of a previous conviction.

Page was arrested and charged with Firearm-Possession with Felony Conviction, Loaded Handgun in Vehicle, Handgun in Vehicle, Regulated Firearm-Illegal Possession, Illegal Possession of Ammunition, three counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.

Assault: On April 23, 2020, Deputy Courtney Edwards responded to the 21500 block of Warwick Court in Lexington Park for the report of an assault. The victim advised the deputy that on the prior day Aidan James Lasky, 27 of Lexington Park, physically assaulted the victim during an argument. The victim said Lasky slapped the victim across the face, then strangled the victim on the floor, then pushed the victim against a wall and punched the victim in the stomach. The victim had several visible injuries and Lasky was charged with Second-Degree Assault.
