WASHINGTON, D.C. – When hundreds of thousands of citizens from all over America arrived to protest the stolen 2020 election due to ballot fraud in six states where ballot counting mysteriously stopped at the same time on election night; no stores were looted, bricks were thrown or cops attacked. After the crowds marched on Constitution Avenue, those gathered went to their hotels and patronized restaurants for dinner. As the visitors dined, they soon came under attack, with many women and older people battered, beaten and their flags and hats stolen by Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announce arrests have been made in an Aggravated Assault offense that occurred on Saturday, November 14, 2020, in the 1700 block of I Street, Northwest.

District Police report that at approximately 4:00 pm, the suspects were involved in a collaborative effort to incite violence during first amendment assemblies at the listed location. One of the suspects struck the victim rendering him unconscious. Other suspects assaulted the victim and took his property. Four suspects were apprehended at the scene by responding officers.

 

On Saturday, November 14, 2020, the following suspects were arrested and charged as indicated below:

Bobby Akeem Smalls,29, (DOB 06/28/1991) of 3516 Commodore Joshua Barney Drive, Northeast, DC was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Inciting Violence and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon after he was found to be in possession of a knife. In Prince Georges County District Court on September 8, 2015, charges of second-degree assault were placed on the Stet Docket by PG States Attorney Angela Alsobrooks. On March 9, 2018, Smalls pleaded guilty to unlawful entry on private property in the District of Columbia and was sentenced to sixty days in jail.

Criminal Information filed by the United States Attorney in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia reflected the following:

  1. On or about November 14, 2020, within the District of Columbia, Bobby Smalls unlawfully assaulted and threatened John Chase in a menacing manner. (Assault, in violation of 22 D.C. Code, Section 404 (2001 ed.))
  2. On or about November 14, 2020, within the District of Columbia, Bobby Smalls attempted to possess unlawfully, with intent to use against another, a knife. (Attempted Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, in violation of 22 D.C. code, Sections 4514 (b), 1803 (2001 ed.))
  3. On or about November 14, 2020, within the District of Columbia, Bobby Smalls unlawfully assaulted and threatened an Unidentified Person in a menacing manner. (Assault, in violation of 22 D.C. Code, Section 404 (2001 ed.) The event occurred on 11/14/2020 at approximately 16:00 at 1706 1 STREET NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20006

The following events occurred within the District of Columbia on 11/14/2020 at approximately 1600 hours.

 

MPD officers assigned to oversee First Amendment Assemblies in the Second District area, in full uniform, were advised by a witness that suspects for a string of assaults committed in the 1700 block of I Street NW were in the area, indicating Smalls, Bobby 06/28/1991 (hereby D-1) among others as party to the offenses. Video footage provided to law enforcement showed that D-1 had approached several subjects aggressively while brandishing a knife.

The listed subject is identified by video footage as a participant of a group effort to incite violence in the area by swarming groups of smaller size, entering repeatedly into the personal space of others, touching, following targets, and provoking by verbalizing dissenting political views in such an aggressive manner as to attempt to elicit a physical response.

During a search incident to an arrest of D-1, Lt. Rooney discovered a knife consistent with accounts of witnesses who had stated D-1 had brandished the weapon at numerous targets.

D-1: Smalls, Bobby 06/28/1991 identified by word of mouth was placed under arrest for “Carrying a Dangerous Weapon,” and as a co-defendant for the offense of “Disorderly Inciting Violence.”

Due to the actions of the Defendants, MPD is requesting a stay away be issued to for the area bounded from 13th St NW from Constitution Ave NW to 18th St NW to L St NW

28-year-old Dashawna Gause, of Northeast, DC, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Inciting Violence and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon after she was found to be in possession of a Taser.

39-year-old Kenneth Wayne Deberry, of Southwest, DC, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Inciting Violence, Aggravated Assault, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm after he was found to be in possession of a handgun.

BLM activist filmed sucker-punching man is a child sex offender recently released from prison

A Black Lives Matter activist and registered child sex offender was arrested for allegedly sucker-punching a man and leaving him bloody in the streets after the “Million MAGA March” in the capital on Saturday.  MORE

24-year-old Alexus Doris Owens, of No Fixed Address was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Inciting Violence and Simple Assault.

Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Offense: 800 Block of 15th Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announce an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon offense that occurred on Saturday, November 14, 2020, in the 800 block of 15th Street, Northwest.

At approximately 5:00 pm, the victim approached the suspect at the listed location. The victim took the suspect’s property and attempted to flee the scene. The suspect was able to stop the victim. The suspect then struck the victim multiple times with a flagpole. Both parties were apprehended at the scene.

On Saturday, November 14, 2020, 54-year-old Peter Kohm, of Staten Island, NY was charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Additionally, 25-year-old Frederick Brown, of Northwest, DC was arrested and charged with Theft Two.
