PRINCE WILLIAM POLICE NEWS BEAT: WOODBRIDGE WANKER – Serial flasher and alleged peeping tom Rees Amponsa AGYEMAN nabbed after multiple exposures

WOODBRIDGE, VA.– An alleged dirtbag who decided to peep and expose his shortcomings to multiple women before the weather got too cold to drop his drawers was arrested by Prince William County Police.

Police report that on December 20, 2020, at 7:30 PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2900 block of Wetherburn Ct. in Woodbridge, Va., to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 45-year-old woman, reported to police that upon looking out the sliding glass door into her backyard, she observed an unknown man exposing himself. The suspect made inappropriate gestures before fleeing on foot. No physical contact was made between the suspect and the victim.

Later that evening, at approximately 9:47 PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2800 block of Beechtree Ln. to investigate a man matching the suspect’s description who exposed himself to a 25-year-old woman.

The next morning, a victim from the December 18 incident, a 55-year-old woman, observed the suspect in the 2800 block of Woodmark Dr. Upon seeing the suspect, the victim contacted the police and directed officers to the suspect who was located and detained. The investigation revealed that between December 11 and 21 there were at least two encounters where the suspect was observed near the 55-year-old victim’s residence and, during one of the occasions, the man exposed himself while making inappropriate gestures.

Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Rees Amponsa AGYEMAN, was arrested. Detectives are continuing their investigation into the suspect’s connection to other similar incidents in the area. Arrested on December 21:
