WANTED KILLERS: Marshals-Task Force wants help finding Steven Robinson and Dreaun Young

Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals-led Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two men who are wanted in connection to two separate murder investigations.

Steven Martin Robinson, 29, is wanted on a D.C. Superior Court arrest warrant for second-degree murder while armed and is suspected of killing Shanika Williams, 28, who was found deceased after police responded to reports of a shooting July 12 at a residence in the 800 block of 19th Street NE.

Robinson should be considered armed and dangerous.

The U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Dreaun Young, 17, is wanted on a D.C. Superior Court arrest warrant for second-degree murder while armed and is suspected of killing Michael Brittingham, 26, who was found deceased Aug. 6 after police responded to a report of gunshots at a residence in the 600 block of 46th Place SE.

Young is being charged as an adult.

The U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Anyone with information about either of these cases is asked to call MPD at 202-727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the MPD TEXT TIP LINE by sending a text message to 50411. Tips may also be submitted directly to the Marshals using the USMS Tips app.
