MURDER USA: No shortage of homicides but there is one less getaway driver available for killers in a hurry as Tyliek Anthony Spence faces conspiracy to murder rap in Chuck County

District Court Judge Kenneth Talley set Spence free from jail even though he had fled to Oklahoma and was brought back to face conspiracy to murder charges

UPDATE: Will there finally be justice for Daniel McCellen-Givens? Anthony Edward Small charged with murder; Jackass Charles County District Court Judge Kenneth A. Talley allowed Tyliek Spence out of jail on his signature.

Charles County Sheriff Detectives Identify Suspects and Obtain Arrest Warrants in Connection with Murder Case on Amber Leaf Place: Charles County Sheriff’s detectives have identified two suspects in connection with the murder of Daniel McClellan-Givens, 17, who was shot and killed on November 3, 2020, in the 2000 block of Amber Leaf Place in Waldorf.

Charles County Sheriff Troy Berry reports that an arrest warrant was obtained for Anthony Edward Small, 21, of Capitol Heights charging him with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and other related charges. He is currently being held in another jurisdiction on an unrelated charge and awaiting extradition to Charles County, MD.  An arrest warrant was also obtained for Tyliek Anthony Spence, 19, of Waldorf. On March 10, detectives located Spence in Oklahoma where he was arrested. He was extradited to Charles County on March 19 and served the arrest warrant charging him with conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit robbery, and other related charges. On March 22, Spence was released on his own recognizance by District Court Judge Kenneth A. Talley.

WALDORF, MD. – Between the liberal yahoos of the Maryland General Assembly, the Alice in Wonderland Maryland Judiciary and the Wuhan Virus Covid Pandemic Mania it’s hard to keep a good criminal behind bars.

No sooner had Charles County Sheriff Detective Eric Weaver arrested Tyliek Anthony Spence, of 3551 Pipestone Place, Waldorf, Md. on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, theft, and all-around failure to do good, he was wrapped up with a public defender bag-lunch, brought before a Charles County District Court Judge on March 22, 2021, in LaPlata and released back upon the unsuspecting citizenry of Maryland, not knowing that this accused killer-apprentice walks free among them.

In spite of those serious charges, the family of Spence didn’t have to sell their boat or hock their home to go his bail as he was released on his signature, promising to appear for his next court hearing on June 18, 2021.

Tyliek Anthony Spence graduated from Great Mills High School in 2019.  Sporting around St. Mary’s County in a 2006 Dodge in 2019 earned him a speeding ticket on Great Mills Road and another on Rt. 235. Both tickets were put on the Stet Docket, which is so unusual, as most tickets for doing only ten miles over the limit are simply paid. With St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz putting the speeding tickets on the Stet Docket is indicative of a bit of snitching going on.
