Dorchester Co doesn’t care this guy has multiple felonies. The parents that load their kids on Foxwells bus, know he is a felon. Know he has a history of drug and alcohol abuse. They don’t care. Good thing my kid wasn’t on that bus. This happened on my street. Watch. This guy won’t be convicted. That’s the beauty of living in Dorchester Co Md. Hee Haw.
