They are being held without bond at the Charles County Jail. Police say that the victim and suspects were known to each other.

On June 30, 2021, Charles County District Court Judge Lou Hennessey ordered Frierson to be held in the slammer without bond pending further court appearances.  Taxpayers of Maryland will be deliriously happy to learn that they are footing the bill for this alleged killer’s attorney.

Jahad Karim Frierson charged with firehouse murder.

Jahad Karim Frierson was indicted by the Charles County Circuit Court Grand Jury on November 8, 2012, with a sex offense in the first-degree, second-degree assault, fourth-degree sex offense, and unnatural and perverted practices.  Before Charles County Circuit Court Judge Helen Harrington on June 17, 2013, Frierson entered an Alford Plea to the charges against, which acknowledges that the prosecution has sufficient evidence to convict him. The plea deal resulted in two of the charges earning him a year in jail with credit given for time served of 211 days. Another count earned Frierson a ten-year sentence with two years suspended, leaving him with eight years to serve in the Maryland prison system.  Frierson failed to register in the Maryland Sex Offender Registry and was charged in June with that offense.

It didn’t take long for the dirtbag Frierson to violate the terms of his probation and to be found guilty of a violation of his probation. Like a true thug and dirtbag, Frierson failed to appear for his sentencing on May 6, 2021 – perhaps due to his plans to find and allegedly murder Inabinett.  A bench warrant was issued for him as a result, which was served when he was apprehended on the murder rap.  A hearing for the probation violation sentencing will take place on August 19, 2021.
