MURDER USA Baltimore cop Eric Glenn Banks Jr tried to take arresting officers gun as he was being hauled away from scene of stepson’s dead body found hidden in wall

CURTIS BAY, MD. – Anne Arundel County Police reported that on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at approximately 4:56 p.m., Anne Arundel County Police met with Latrice Nicole Banks regarding a child custody dispute. The mother was in the area to pick up her teenage son who had been with the stepfather at the family’s home on Stoney Point Way in Curtis Bay, Md.

Police said that initially officers were told by the stepfather, Eric Glenn Banks Jr., 34, that the fifteen-year-old teenager left the residence leaving his belongings behind.

Officers responded to conduct a check on the welfare of the teenager and in the upstairs of the home they found a cloth covering a hole in the wall, which Banks, a Baltimore City Police Officer currently on suspension, told the Anne Arundel officers was where he kept his gun safe. Instead, to the horror of the officers, they found the lifeless body of his stepson, Dasan Jones, stuffed in the wall.

Officers immediately began rendering aid until relieved by fire department personnel.

“He grabbed my departmentally issued Glock by the handle and flipped the hood down to my holster in a clear attempt to disarm me. Banks stated multiple times ‘You’re gonna have to end this.'”
