Cameron reported in 2020 that during an argument, Conrad Olander Robinson, 37 (DOB 7/30/1981) of the above address in Lexington Park, threw a chair at the victims and pushed the victim causing the victim to fall. Robinson fled the residence while deputies were on scene and fled on foot. Robinson was apprehended, however, he actively resisted arrest and pulled away from officers taking him into custody.

During the arrest, a body camera worn by a deputy on the scene was broken. Once taken into custody, Robinson began yelling and cursing loudly, causing a disturbance in the neighborhood.

Robinson was placed in a police cruiser at which time he allegedly kicked two deputies.

Robinson was placed in a police cruiser at which time he allegedly kicked two deputies. Once secured in the vehicle Robinson began kicking the passenger side window and door panel of the vehicle. Robinson was transported to the detention center and charged with four counts of Assault, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Obey Lawful Order, Child Abuse, and Malicious Destruction of Property.

When the criminal charges came to St. Mary’s District Court on July 7, 2020, Robinson was represented by attorney Brendan Callahan of Prince Frederick, who sealed a plea deal with St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz. THE DEAL: Robinson entered a guilty plea to second-degree assault and resisting and interfering with arrest.  Robinson was sentenced to three years in prison with all but 148 days suspended.  Two years of supervised probation was also part of the plea deal.

A peace order involving domestic violence was filed in District Court for St. Mary’s on February 2, 2021, against Robinson and canceled on February 10, 2021, due to the order being denied by the Judge for not having a statutory basis for relief.

Robinson entered a guilty plea in St. Mary’s District Court in Leonardtown to violating a protective order issued by a Judge on May 15, 2019, and was sentenced to twenty-three days in jail.

On July 29, 2021, court records show that Robinson was cited for violation of probation and on July 30, 2021, St. Mary’s District Court Judge James Tanavage issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
