The approval of the building permit for the Mega-Pot Factory in Abell, Maryland, which is an industrial-size facility that requires ten HVAC systems the size of tractor-trailers, took place in July of 2018. This video of the St. Mary’s County Commissioners is from their meeting on Dec. 4, 2018.
