MOMMAS DON’T LET YOUR BABIES GROW UP TO BE LIBERALS.
LET THEM BE DOCTORS, LAWYERS, AND TEACHERS….
This week is not yet done, but it has been a significant short window of time in St. Mary’s County that reflects much of what has taken place across the nation and elsewhere.
BLOWING UP VESSELS LADEN WITH DRUGS SPEEDING TOWARDS AMERICA.
It is refreshing to see American military might deployed to blow to smithereens the vessels used by the Cartels to transport millions of dollars’ worth of cocaine and Fentanyl to the United States. There is nothing more pathetic than reading what liberal politicians say in condemning the Trump Administration, launching attacks on go-fast boats in the Caribbean. The cokeheads in Annapolis, Chevy Chase, and even right here in St. Mary’s County who snort their way through each week are just going to have to pay the price, just as they have always done. Surely, the families who have buried their loved ones who died in overdoses of heroin and Fentanyl as a result of the opioid epidemic unleashed by the Sackler family, owners of Purdue Pharma, who bought politicians across the country, have paid the price.
One writer this week compared the Melee Massacre of the Vietnam War to the strategic destruction of Cartel transport vessels. What crap. First, it would take a history lesson, which won’t be included here, just Google the incident and look for sources other than leftist publications, to fill you in on that incident in a war fought by the middle class, which became the dying class, for the benefit of the lying class and the military industrial complex. Ten years ago, Maryland began to find out there was a heroin epidemic, as OxyContin was being passed out like candy by doctors and dentists, who drug company salesmen had assured at resort seminars that the drug would kill pain quickly and was not addictive.
Are you starting to see the pattern here?
We were lied to about the Vietnam War. So many of our veterans are now dying from cancer caused by Agent Orange, which was used to spray on jungles to expose the enemy. More than fifty thousand died in the war, which was based on lies told to us by our government about the need for the war, about the progress of the war, and its purpose.
We are beginning to see the lies of the Attack on America on September 11, 2001, surface, including the complicity of various Saudis. Three thousand Americans died, and hundreds more first responders have died each year from cancer, which was unleashed by the whirlwind of toxic materials.
We were lied to about the existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, which required an invasion and led to thousands of Americans dying there and untold more being maimed.
We were lied to by the Biden Administration as they permitted an invasion of single men to storm across our border for four years, bringing crime, terror, and drugs with them. As the Trump Administration works to evict these criminals from America, the eager fools of the Democratic Party line up like hookers at the front door of a brothel to greet the MS-13 gangsters and insist they be given due process, even though they are not entitled to it, before they can be booted out.
We were lied to by the federal government, all of its agencies, many of our state governments, most of the medical establishment, and every tin-horn bozo right down to the Health Department in Leonardtown about COVID. The big lie used all the power of government to force the big tech companies to use their power of banning, closing accounts, intimidation, and demonetization, as admitted to this week by Google, to embrace and continue the big lie of the vaccine keeping you from getting Covid, spreading Covid, or dying from Covid. Beauty salons, barber shops, and churches were closed, but liquor stores and Walmart were okay to stay open.
When Americans elected Donald Trump, the liberals came up with several hoaxes to keep Trump from winning, then included the outgoing Obama and his top aides in a traitorous coup against Trump. Yes, they all lied. The virtue-signaling bunch of liberals are mostly all liars, and now the lies of James Comey have caught up with him, and he is under indictment for lying to Congress.
We are now viewing the first-ever indictment of a director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
We have witnessed the assassination of a young man by a trans-obsessed radical due to that man, Charlie Kirk, exercising his God-given talents of persuasion in practicing the First Amendment protections of Free Speech. Over 200,000 people gathered for a memorial in Arizona for Charlie Kirk. This week, we have been witnesses to a remarkable event in Leonardtown. More than eight hundred people swarmed into the Walled City of Leonardtown to attend a prayer vigil and memorial to Charlie Kirk, and many of them couldn’t get in as the REX was full. No one rioted, no one set buildings on fire, or created the mayhem of 2020 after the death of George Floyd. Leaders of St. Mary’s County, Matt Morgan, Deb Rey, and John O’Connor, worked hard to organize the event in just a few days, and it was an event of prayer, appreciation, and remembrance never before seen in St. Mary’s County.
Why do liberals and some neo-cons feel the need to lie?
As each election year rolls around, new faces appear in politics while some old ones never fade away or even kick the bucket.
One such former commissioner, Tom Jarboe, was at the Republican Club meeting out at Sandgates Inn, a wonderful seafood tradition, and he told the gathering that he wanted to see Charter Government for St. Mary’s County. That is sad, as Tom is a bright guy, but unfortunately, not bright enough to understand that when the voters of St. Mary’s County have voted in a referendum three times to reject Charter Government, it might be time to stop beating a dead horse.
A current commissioner, another nice guy, Eric Colvin, attempted to say he voted against the creation of a free daycare center for county employees in the Leonard Hall School Building. Colvin finally admitted that he had voted for a smaller version of the daycare deal and only voted no when it was significantly increased in size and financing was included with 20-year bond funds.
The St. Mary’s Commissioners never campaigned on creating a daycare center to compete with the independent small businesses that provide that service in the county. They can’t produce a petition with the signatures of hundreds of citizens demanding the service.
The need and solution were created out of whole cloth, out of thin air, by bureaucrats who always find ways to expand the size and power of government.
Former St. Mary’s Commissioner President Tom McKay stated that the lease for the Leonard Hall School, which ended this year, was created by the board he served on twenty years ago, and if his board had anticipated that the school would be forced to close, they would have given it a forty-year lease.
At Delegate Todd Morgan’s fundraiser this week, a former bureaucrat, Art Shepherd, looked like little lost bo-peep as Republicans packed the Taphouse. The longtime Democrat, who is using the Parris Glendening Smart Growth platform as his own, presumably to attract developer money to his campaign, recently switched to the GOP, knowing that Republicans might vote for him due to his “R” after his name on the ballot. They didn’t vote for him in 2010 when he lost to Commissioner Dan Morris, the GOP candidate.
A lot of water can go under the bridge between now and the primary and general elections in 2026, but if issues are important to you, remember that Eric Colvin and Tom Jarboe are committed liberals, and no one can spend money like will happen if a bureaucrat like Shepherd gets elected.
A bright star is on the horizon as Greg Kolarik of Piney Point has filed for St. Mary’s Commissioner President. He says he is a small-government, fiscal conservative. Watch for an interview soon.
