OUTLAW POACHER PIRATES OF THE CHESAPEAKE – Maryland updates top poachers and commercial license holders suspended and revoked; plea deal given to John Albert Vallandingham when he was caught with six bushels of oysters not kept under refrigeration

John Albert Vallandingham was given a plea deal and avoided jail for selling unlawfully harvested oysters that were not refrigerated. DNR Police say they watched him and seized the six bushels of oysters before he could sell them to consumers. The temperature of oysters is important to prevent consumers from being made violently ill.
