On Sept. 30, 2019, St. Mary’s States Attorney Richard Fritz issued indictments handed down by the Grand Jury that the death on May 5, 2018, of Christian Scott Ellis, 25, of Leonardtown, was due to a Fentanyl overdose, provided by his pal and Facebook friend, Andrew Duncanson.
