PG State’s Attorney Braveboy allowed career criminal and carjacker Parren Hawkins out of jail after only one year in plea deal on gun charges

Prince-Georges-County-States-Attorney-Alisha-Braveboy-announces-indictments-of-PF-County-firefighters-for-arson-ring; she gave them all sweet plea deals.

When a phony like Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Alisha Braveboy announces getting tough on criminals, it’s time to start throwing rotten tomatoes at the podium. Braveboy allowed career criminal Parren Hawkins to serve only one year of a three-year stint in what should have been the hallowed halls of the Maryland prison system and do his time in the country club setting of the PG Jail. Braveboy took up where the phony that preceded her, Angela Alsobrooks, left off in her two terms as prosecutor handing out plea deals to violent criminals.
Instead of keeping Hawkins in the slammer, he was out and available to use a gun again on February 2, 2025, to commit a carjacking in the District of Columbia.
