DWI HIT PARADE: Thank the miserable judges of Delaware allowing Kurt Faulkner to have a 5th chance to kill you and your family, his heroin customers are going to be ticked off

Can anyone imagine seeing the face of this snarling druggie drunk that the judges of Delaware have failed to remove from the highways and keep in a prison after he smashed into your vehicle and killed a member of your family?

Delaware State Police report that they arrested 62-year-old Kurt Ross Faulkner, of Millsboro, Delaware, on Sunday afternoon for fifth-offense DUI and multiple other charges following a check on a welfare complaint.

On July 20, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., troopers responded to the 30000 block of Iron Branch Road in Dagsboro for a report of an unconscious man behind the wheel of a vehicle. Witnesses reported that a Ford Escape was parked on the southbound shoulder with its right turn signal activated, windshield wipers on, and the driver leaning out of the driver’s door.

When troopers arrived, they observed the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Kurt Faulkner. He was sweating profusely, exhibited signs of impairment, and had an open bottle of whiskey inside the vehicle. Emergency medical services responded and transported Faulkner to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

A computer check revealed that Faulkner had four prior DUI-related convictions. During an inventory search of the vehicle, troopers located twenty-six baggies of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia.

A blood search warrant was obtained for DUI. Faulkner was subsequently taken into custody, charged with the offenses listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on an $ 8,500 cash bond.

Troopers Arrest Selbyville Man for 6th Offense DUI in Lincoln

Delaware State Police have arrested 65-year-old Luis Rodriguez of Selbyville, Delaware, for 6th offense felony DUI in Lincoln.

On July 15, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., troopers assigned to the Highway Safety Unit responded to Dupont Boulevard near Morgan Drive in Lincoln for a welfare check. When troopers arrived, they found a silver Lexus RX350 in the median strip, and the driver having what appeared to be a medical emergency. During their contact with the driver, identified as Luis Rodriguez, he showed signs of impairment and was taken to an area hospital by ambulance. At the hospital, troopers administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and after Rodriguez was released from the hospital, he was arrested for driving under the influence. A computer check showed that Rodriguez had five prior DUI-related convictions. During an inventory search of the SUV, before it was towed, troopers found approximately .06 grams of heroin.

Rodriguez was taken to Troop 7, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $8,202 secured bond.
